Способ используется в технологии получения керамического материала из титаната алюминия в металлургии, химии, машиностроении, энергетике для изготовления изделий разнообразного назначения. Сущность изобретения: способ получения керамики из титаната алюминия включает смешение порошков диоксида титана и нитрида алюминия, взятых в соотношении (мас.%): нитрид алюминия 50 - 52; диоксид титана - 48 - 50; их совместный помол, формование заготовок и их обжиг в кислородсодержащей атмосфере до прекращения изменений массы и объема этих заготовок. При этом до или после формования заготовок осуществляют воздействие кислородсодержащей атмосферой на зерна нитрида алюминия до образования оксида алюминия в количестве не более 95 мас.%. После охлаждения получают реакционноспеченную однофазную керамику из титаната алюминия, выход которого повышен до 112 - 113%. Эта керамика имеет тонкозернистую структуру и повышенную прочность при пониженных значениях величины термического коэффициента линейного расширения.The method is used in the technology of production of ceramic material from aluminum titanate in metallurgy, chemistry, mechanical engineering, power engineering for the manufacture of products for various purposes. After cooling, a reactive sintered single-phase ceramics of aluminum titanate is obtained, the yield of which is increased to 112 - 113%. This ceramics has a fine-grained structure and increased strength at lower values of the thermal coefficient of linear expansion.
