Изобретение относится к области техники связи, в частности к устройствам, предназначенным для передачи и приема информации, текстовых сообщений в различных системах связи. Изобретение решает задачу создания многофункционального универсального терминала, достаточно простого схемотехнически и не требующего специальной подготовки пользователя, пригодного для работы на языке региона использования. В терминал, содержащий блок управления, блок процессора, шину управления и общую шину, блок памяти программ, блок хранения, блок ввода информации, блок отображения информации и блок модема, введены блок коммуникации, соединенный с шиной управления и общей шиной и имеющий вход смены программ для подключения блока памяти программ, по крайней мере один интерфейсный блок, соединенный с шиной управления и общей шиной и имеющий вход, являющийся входом/выходом внешних устройств и одновременно входом кодирования терминала. Терминал также содержит блок коммутации, телефонный адаптер и блок фильтров, соединенные с блоком модема и блоком процессора для согласования с телефонной линией и организации информационного протокола.The invention relates to the field of communication technology, in particular to devices for transmitting and receiving information, text messages in various communication systems.
