Способ лечения рака тела матки заключается в применении самостоятельной гормонотерапии в качестве органосохраняющего лечения больных раком тела матки молодого возраста. В сроки наблюдения от 4 до 12 лет (у 12 больных более 5 лет) у 14 больных не отмечено рецидивов и метастазов. Последовательное назначение прогестагенов, эстроген-прогестиновых препаратов и кломифен-цитрата привело у 4 женщин не только к полной нормализации эндометрии, овуляторного цикла, но и наступлению беременности, закончившейся у 3 нормальными родами.A method for treating cancer of the uterus body is the use of independent hormone therapy as an organ-preserving treatment for patients with uterine cancer of a young age.
