Способ наплавки относится к машиностроению, в частности к наплавке цветных металлов на тугоплавкие заготовки, и предназначен для использования в узлах трения машин (например, блоков цилиндров аксиально-поршневых машин). На подготовленные для наплавки поверхности наносят модифицирующий сплав, нагрев тугоплавкой заготовки ведут до оплавления модифицирующего сплава, после чего заготовку и установленный в нее нагретый до температур солидуса-ликвидуса наплавленный металл помещают в матрицу штампа и опрессовывают. Предложенный способ наплавки позволяет повысить качество наплавляемого металла, снизить уровень температурной обработки заготовки и повысить ее прочность.
