Изобретение относится к гетероциклическим соединениям, в частности к 5-фенил-3-пиридилизоксазолам, обладающим антиагрегационной активностью, что может быть использовано в медицине и ветеринарии. Цель - поиск физиологически активных веществ в ряду пиридилизоксазолов, разработка на их основе новых лекарственных препаратов. Синтез данных веществ ведут по реакции гидрохлорида пиридилгидроксамоилхлорида с фенилацетиленом в абсолютном этаноле в присутствии триэтиламина. Новые вещества обладают антиагрегационной активностью в концентрациях 10-6 - 10-3М, что сопоставимо с активностью индометацина, но механизм их действия отличается от механизма действия индометацина.The invention relates to heterocyclic compounds, in particular to 5-phenyl-3-pyridylisoxazoles having anti-aggregation activity, which can be used in medicine and veterinary medicine. The goal - the search for physiologically active substances in the series of pyridylisoxazoles, the development of new drugs on their basis. The synthesis of these substances is carried out by the reaction of pyridylhydroxamoyl chloride hydrochloride with phenylacetylene in absolute ethanol in the presence of triethylamine. New substances have anti-aggregation activity in concentrations of 10 -6 - 10 -3 M, which is comparable to the activity of indomethacin, but their mechanism of action is different from the mechanism of action of indomethacin.
