Применение: изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству и может быть использовано для обработки органических отходов. Сущность изобретения: установка содержит приемный бункер исходной органической массы, сушильно-гранулирующую камеру, выполненную в виде трубы, устройство для подачи исходной массы из бункера в камеру в виде питателя с размещенным в камере распылителем,устройство для подачи потока горячего газа во вход камеры, имеющее теплогенератор и воздухонагреватель, средство для отделения высушенных отходов от газового потока, в виде двух камер разрежения, размещенных последовательно на выходе камеры и решетную сортировку установленную за камерами. Выход сортировки связан с накопительным бункером готовой продукции и фасовочно-упаковочной машиной. Установка также содержит центробежный вентилятор и систему очистки выходящего из камеры газового потока, выполненную в виде системы фильтров, выход которой связан с выхлопной трубой. Участок камеры между ее входом и распылителем выполнен в продольном сечении в виде конфузора со ступенчатым увеличением проходного сечения камеры непосредственно перед распылителем в зоне, что и обеспечивает сушку и гранулирование массы с возможно минимальными энергозатратами баз принудительной подачи исходной массы в зону обработки.Application: the invention relates to agriculture and can be used for the treatment of organic waste. The section of the chamber between its inlet and the atomizer is made in longitudinal section in the form of a confuser with a stepwise increase in the bore of the chamber immediately in front of the atomizer in the zone, which ensures drying and granulation of the mass with the lowest possible energy consumption of the bases for the forced supply of the initial mass to the treatment zone.
