Способ переработки семян подсолнечника на технологической линии малой мощности с получением жареного масла относится к переработке масличных семян для получения растительного масла. Предлагаемый способ обеспечивает получение высококачественного жареного подсолнечного масла путем использования специфической технологии подготовки товара к прессованию с помощью огневых жаровень. Кроме того, для осуществления способа специально разработанное малогабаритное компактное технологическое оборудование (рушально-веечная машина, вальцевый станок, огневая жаровня, фильтр-пресс), обеспечивающее мощность линии переработки 15 т семян подсолнечника в сутки, что дает возможность строить цехи по переработке семян непосредственно в районах их выращивания без больших затрат и в сжатые сроки. Применение способа исключает использование для технологического процесса теплоносителя (пара, горячей воды), значительно сокращает потребление электроэнергии, обеспечивает безотходную технологию переработки семян за счет использования в качестве технологического топлива лузги подсолнечной, гарантирует экологическую чистоту производства.A method of processing sunflower seeds on a low-power processing line to produce fried oil relates to the processing of oilseeds to produce vegetable oil. Application of the method eliminates the use of the coolant for the process (steam, hot water), significantly reduces energy consumption, provides waste-free processing technology of seeds due to the use of sunflower husk as the process fuel, and guarantees ecological cleanliness of production.
