The DC / DC converter relates to converter technology and can be used in secondary power sources. The present invention contributes to improving the efficiency of the converter by reducing the power consumed in transients. To do this, the second power switches, a transformer and a rectifier, a capacitor are entered into the converter, and the master oscillator is made paraphase. The first switch is connected in series to the power circuit, the primary windings of the first and second transformers and the second switch are connected in series. The common connection point of the primary windings of both transformers is connected by a pole to the first capacitor lead. The second capacitor lead is connected to the pole of the voltage being converted. The first terminals of the secondary windings of the transformers are connected to each other through the first filter output to output terminals, the second terminals through the first and second rectifiers and the second filter output to output terminals, and the control transitions of the first and second power switches are connected to the master oscillator.
