- Изобретение относится к органической химии душистых веществ, к способу получения нового компонента парфюмерных композиций 2-метил-2-(4-метилпент-3-енил)дигидрофурана (галиналя). Согласно изобретению галиналь образуется путем гидроформилирования 2,6-диметилоктадиен-2,7-ола-6 (линалоола) в присутствии родиевого катализатора HRh(CO)(PPh3 )3, Rh4(CO)1 2, Rh(OCaC)(CO)2 с трифенилфосфином при мольном отношении PPh3/Rh=1-10 и добавкой воды в количестве 0,5-1,0 мас.% - целевой продукт выделяется из реакционной среды отгонкой при т.кип. 60-130o/5-15 мм.
