Claims (1)
- Штамм бактерий, позволяющий микробиологическим синтезом получать значительные количества L-лейцина. Селекционным путем получен штамм Corynebacterium sp. продуцент незаменимой аминокислоты L-лейцина. Штамм устойчив к S-(2-аминоэтил)-цистеину, D, L-4-гидроксилейцину и рифампицину и позволяет получать на средах, содержащих в качестве источника углерода мелассу, до 23,7 г/л лейцина. Изобретение содержит данные о свойствах штамма, а также описаны условия накопления L-лейцина в аппаратах большой емкости (100 куб. м3).
