Claims (1)

Способ ультразвукового контроля головки рельса относится к неразрушающему контролю материалов и может быть применен в частности при дефектоскопии железнодорожных рельсов. Задача повышения чувствительности и достоверности выявления дефектов в боковой части головки рельсов при одновременном повышении помехозащищенности ультразвукового метода контроля решается путем установки двух наклонных электроакустических преобразователей на поверхность катания головки рельса вдоль ее продольной оси, выбора расстояния между ними, углов ввода ультразвуковых лучей и углов разворота преобразователей в сторону боковой части головки рельса из условия пересечения акустических осей преобразователей в зоне наиболее вероятного образования дефектов в боковой части головки рельса, включения одного (или обоих) преобразователя по совмещенной схеме (в режиме излучения и приема), излучения и приема поперечных ультразвуковых колебаний и принятия решения о наличии и о степени развития дефектов по результатам совместного анализа эхо- и зеркально-отраженных от дефекта сигналов.The method of ultrasonic testing of the rail head relates to non-destructive testing of materials and can be applied in particular for the inspection of railway rails.
