Сущность изобретения; способ состоит во введении в обогащаемую алмазоуглеродную смесь катализатора обработкой смеси раствором или парами одного из соединений ванадия при соотношении соединение ванадия : смесь, равном 0,001 - 0,05 мас. долей, с последующей термообработкой на воздухе при 390 - 650°С.
