Пароводяной плазмотрон используется в технологических операциях плазменной резки, сварки, наплавки и т.д. Сущность изобретения: пароводяной плазмотрон содержит корпус, установленный в нем электрододержатель с закрепленным в нем электродом, сопло камеру формирования дуги, систему охлаждения плазмотрона в виде каналов и патрубков в корпусе с патрубком подачи воды, снабженным регулятором, токоподвод и нагревательный элемент, установленный за пределами камеры формирования дуги, в частности на торцовой поверхности плазмотрона. Вход нагревательного элемента соединен с системой охлаждения, а выход - с камерой формирования дуги. Нагревательный элемент запитан от внешнего источника энергии и снабжен регулятором нагрева, установленным в цепи его питания. Регулятор нагрева электрически связан с датчиком температуры, установленным на камере формирования дуги. Конструкция пароводяного плазмотрона позволяет снизить потери энергии на охлаждение теплонагруженных узлов плазмотрона и плазмообразование рабочего тела, что обеспечивает увеличение мощности плазменной дуги, стабильность работы плазмотрона и возможность регулирования мощности плазмотрона в процессе его работы.Steam-water plasma torch is used in technological operations of plasma cutting, welding, surfacing, etc. SUBSTANCE: steam-water plasma torch comprises a housing, an electrode holder mounted therein with an electrode fixed therein, an arc formation chamber nozzle, a plasma torch cooling system in the form of channels and nozzles in a housing with a water supply nozzle equipped with a regulator, a current supply and a heating element installed outside the chamber arc formation, in particular on the end surface of the plasma torch. The design of the steam-water plasma torch allows to reduce energy losses for cooling the heat-loaded plasma torch nodes and the plasma formation of the working fluid, which provides an increase in the power of the plasma arc, the stability of the plasma torch and the ability to control the power of the plasma torch during its operation.
