The method of obtaining new plasmids from Streptomyces chrrysomallus is to isolate new plasmids from streptomycetes, which expands the possibilities of studying the properties and values of plasmids, as well as their use in molecular genetic studies. The task was to grow microorganisms, lysing cells, isolating plasmid: DNA, determining plasmid size, finding unique sites, and constructing restriction maps. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that two new plasmids of streptomycetes were isolated from nokardiopodobnyh strains containing 3 unique sites for restriction enzymes Pvu 11, Kpn 1, Eco 147 1, differing in deletion. Plasmids can be used in genetic engineering, molecular biological studies and in the microbiological industry.
