The method of production of molten metal from a metallurgical furnace and a device for its implementation relates to metallurgy, in particular to equipment for the production of molten metal from metallurgical furnaces. The invention provides an increase in labor productivity due to an increase in the rate of metal outflow from the casting, preventing melting of the melt by eliminating the freezing of molten metal in the casting and reducing energy costs for heating the cast metal by heating only the thin outer shell of the casting, applying the effect of "hot lubrication" between the internal machines casting and the outer surface of the molten metal moving along the spindle. A block consisting of coaxially arranged hollow cylinders (made of refractory material) is embedded in the kiln's stove, in an annular gap between which an induction heater of high and / or ultrahigh frequency of hollow conductors of electric current is placed. A lining is fixed on the outer (front) side of the block of hollow cylinders and induction heater, which is intended to be connected to the furnace casing (for the time of block installation into the masonry), as well as to connect hollow solenoidal conductors with pipes or hoses for supplying coolant and electric cables for supplying high or ultra high frequency currents using electrical contacts. When an induction heater is connected to a high-frequency or microwave generator, the produced metal is additionally heated along its outer surface at the border with the inner wall of the casting, accompanied by an increase in temperature and a decrease in viscosity on the metal surface in the cast, including additional melting of pieces from the casting in contact with it. refractory metals, not melted in a metallurgical furnace, but received during the pouring of the metal in the outlet opening of the casting. A thin layer of a more liquid metal formed on the border of the inner surface of the casting and the metal being produced acts as a "hot lubricant", which reduces the friction of the produced metal on the inside surface of the casting, which speeds up the casting process, and also eliminates the smearing of the outlet opening of the casting by poorly adherent (sticky) particles of refractory metals and sticking uncooked pieces of them in the pot.
