Автоматическое стрелковое оружие относится к огнестрельному стрелковому оружию с атоматическим заряжанием. Цель изобретения - повышение удобства пользования оружием за счет того, что прямой коробчатый магазин, присоединенный снизу оружия параллельно стволу, не выступает за габаритные размеры оружия. Патроны располагаются в магазине поперек в рядном или шахматном порядке. Для подачи патронов из магазина в механизм заряжания оружия имеется встроенный в оружие автоматический роторно-конвеерный механизм, приводимый в действие от затвора оружия. Новым в оружии является расположение относительно оружия коробчатого магазина с патронами, расположенными поперек магазина, и наличие роторно-конвеерного механизма, служащего для подачи патронов из магазина в механизм заряжания оружия. Новым является также то, что имеется механизм сигнализации, оповещающий пользователя о том, что патроны в магазине закончились, но стрельбу из оружия можно продолжать за счет патронов, оставшихся в роторно-конвеерном механизме и механизме заряжания оружия.Automatic small arms refers to firearms with automatic loading.
