Сущность изобретения: способ включает выбор трассы дрены, уплотнение и стабилизацию основания под дренажной трубой до уровня закладки дрены. Перед уплотнением методом электрогидродинамического моделирования определяют оптимальную форму и параметры зоны уплотнения основания, в соответствии с которыми формируют стабилизированное ядро в основании под дренажной трубой до уровня ее заложения по всей длине трассы или в аварийных участках.
