CONSTITUTION: A plurality of shape steels of H-shaped section (a) are overlapped with each other in parallel relation with a proper spacing therebetween, the overlapped parts are fixed with each other by welding and the like so as to form the lattice structures. The lattice structures are laid on the ground of water bottom and then the wave dissipating bodies 5 such as stone material, concrete blocks etc. are laid on the lattice structures. As a result, since the wave dissipating bodies 5 are engaged with the lattice structures, it is possible to prevent the settlement caused by a washing excavation such as wave and flowing water etc., and a dispersion of the bodies under a hard wave.
