Claims (1)

Раскрывается способ получения высокомолекулярных полимеров альфа-олефинов, в частности гомополимеров этилена и сополимеров этилена и С3 - С12 альфа-олефинов в растворе, и катализатор для этого способа. Способ осуществляют в условиях полимеризации в растворе при температуре 105 - 320oС. Катализатор получают из четырехгалоидных соединений титана, тригалоидоокисей ванадия и алюминийорганических соединений, при этом смесь компонентов катализатора подвергают тепловой обработке при температуре в интервале 180 - 250oС с последующим охлаждением до температуры менее 150oС. После этого прибавляют дополнительный катализатор-тригалоидоокись ванадия. Полученный каталитический раствор активируют соединением алюминия. Катализатор имеет превосходную каталитическую активность, превосходящую активность катализаторов, в которые не вводят или вводят дополнительный компонент тригалоидоокись ванадия при температуре выше 150oС.A method for producing high molecular weight polymers of alpha-olefins, in particular homopolymers of ethylene and copolymers of ethylene and C 3 - C 1 2 alpha-olefins in solution, and a catalyst for this method are disclosed. The method is carried out under conditions of polymerization in solution at a temperature of 105 - 320 o C. The catalyst is obtained from tetrahaline compounds of titanium, vanadium trihalides and organoaluminum compounds, while the mixture of catalyst components is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature in the range of 180 - 250 o C, followed by cooling to less than 150 o C. After that, add an additional catalyst, vanadium trihalide oxide. The resulting catalytic solution is activated with an aluminum compound. The catalyst has an excellent catalytic activity, superior to the activity of catalysts, in which no additional component of vanadium trihalide oxide is introduced or introduced at temperatures above 150 o C.
