Use: to prepare athletes for competitions and for the recovery period. The method of organizing the training process consists in performing, according to a given program of exercises, a certain volume, intensity and direction, diagnosing the condition of the body of the trainee. At the same time, before starting the training process, the body state is diagnosed according to certain parameters. Then carry out a joint analysis of the data. On its basis, determine the optimal volume, intensity and focus of the exercises. Then proceed to the implementation of the training process, exercising control over the cardiac activity of the trainee and the directed vibration effects on his body. If the training process is carried out without contact with the simulator, then the vibration effect is carried out during the pauses or rest of the trainee. The vibration exposure parameters (frequency and amplitude) are set based on previously determined reference values. When performing individual exercises, the trainee performs a self-massage of biologically active points of the body and performs self-control of the spatial position of the body and / or its individual organs.
