Изобретение относится к области биотехнологии, в частности к способу изготовления бивалентной лиофилизированной вакцины против миксоматоза и вирусной геморрагической болезни кроликов (ВГБК), и может быть использовано в научных и производственных лабораториях, занимающихся конструированием биопрепаратов, а также на предприятиях биологической промышленности. Задача - изготовление ареактогенной бивалентной лиофилизированной вакцины против миксоматоза и ВГБК, обладающей стабильными свойствами при хранении. Сущность предлагаемого способа заключается в том, что используют два основных компонента: живой вакцинный вирус миксоматоза кроликов, выращенный в первично-трипсинизированной культуре клеток куриных фибробластов с активностью не ниже 104,0 ИД 50/см3, и инактивированную суспензию печени, полученную после заражения вирулентным вирусом геморрагической болезни кроликов. Компоненты смешивают в равных частях, стабилизируют защитной средой в соотношении 10:1 и лиофилизируют. Предложенный способ прост в исполнении, доступен и является промышленно применимым.The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a method of manufacturing a bivalent freeze-dried vaccine against myxomatosis and viral hemorrhagic disease of rabbits (UGBC), and can be used in scientific and industrial laboratories involved in the design of biological products, as well as in biological industry. The task is to manufacture an areactogenic bivalent freeze-dried vaccine against myxomatosis and UHDB, which has stable storage properties. The essence of the proposed method lies in the fact that they use two main components: live rabbit myxomatosis vaccine virus grown in primary trypsinized cell culture of chicken fibroblasts with activity not lower than 10 4 , 0 EID 50 / cm 3 , and inactivated suspension of the liver, obtained after infection virulent rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus. The components are mixed in equal parts, stabilized with a protective medium in a ratio of 10: 1 and lyophilized. The proposed method is simple, affordable and is industrially applicable.
