Claims (1)

Предложен новый способ получения катализатора на основе кобальта (II). Способ осуществляют смешением порошков электролитического кобальта и мочевины при содержании мочевины в смеси 20 - 30 мас.%. Полученную смесь таблетируют под давлением, после чего таблетки (после их пересыпки оксидом алюминия) прокаливают на воздухе при 910° - 1150°С до удаления мочевины, затем после отделения оксида алюминия таблетки снова прокаливают при 1100 - 1200°С. Прокаленные таблетки охлаждают, пропитывают раствором соли кальция и снова прокаливают при 300 - 800°С.A new method for preparing a catalyst based on cobalt (II) has been proposed. The method is carried out by mixing powders of electrolytic cobalt and urea when the content of urea in the mixture is 20 - 30 wt.%. The resulting mixture is tableted under pressure, after which the tablets (after they are transferred with aluminum oxide) are calcined in air at 910 ° - 1150 ° C until the urea is removed, then after separation of the aluminum oxide, the tablets are calcined again at 1100 - 1200 ° C. Calcined tablets are cooled, impregnated with a solution of calcium salt and again calcined at 300 - 800 ° C.
