Предлагаемый способ обеспечивает получение гидрида германия из бедных германием руд, содержащих небольшие количества германия (порядка 0,6%).The method relates to the production of volatile substances, in particular the hydride of germanium from germanium-containing ores by electrochemical method. Germanium hydride is used in electronic and semiconductor technology. The inventive electrolyte is prepared by dissolving a poor germanium-containing ore in a water-alkaline solution with the addition of hydrogen peroxide and electrolysis is carried out at a current density of 2-4 A / cm 2 and an electrolyte temperature of 30-50 ° C. The proposed method provides for the production of germanium hydride from germanium-poor ores containing small amounts of germanium (about 0.6%).
