Description

The proposed device relates to sports equipment (accessories), namely, to suspension devices for practicing kicks and hands in the home.

A device is known that contains a mannequin with upper limbs suspended through a flexible link to the support in the form of a rotary rod with a cross member, and a mannequin drive attached to the body of the mannequin below the point of its suspension and including an elastic element connected to its front with fastening means on the athlete’s body. The upper limbs are equipped with additional flexible rods connected with the ends of the cross member [1]. The disadvantage of this device is the small number of possible exercises, and low training efficiency.

The closest analogue in technical essence and the achieved effect is a device for training boxers containing a hanging boxing bag, means for installing it in a support with the possibility of forced movement in a horizontal plane, while the means for installing a hanging bag in a support is made in the form of two drive carriages, mounted on top of one another with the ability to move at an angle to one another. [3]. The disadvantage of the prototype is the complexity of the design, large dimensions, the impossibility of practicing impacts in a wide range. The location in the space of the hanging boxing bag is easy to predict, and therefore the training is removed from the actual actions of the enemy in hand-to-hand combat.

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is to simplify the design, increase the efficiency of the training, including by providing the possibility of practicing accurate hits in a wide range.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the device for practicing shock movements of hand-to-hand combat, containing a suspension means with a shell and a rod attached to it, the suspension means is made in the form of a small ball, and the rod is an elastic tow with an attachment loop.

It’s very difficult to get into a pendant in the form of a small ball; as a result of training, a greater accuracy of striking at a target (ball), which moves randomly as a good opponent, is practiced, almost at the level of reflexes. Performing traction in the form of an elastic rope allows the ball after hitting it to return to the trainee with high speed. A possible blow is safe due to the small size of the suspension means and the presence of a soft shell on it. The trainee works out not only blows in the attack, but also evasion from the strike, withdrawal from the line of attack. The presence of the attachment loop on the rod allows you to install the device on any convenient support (hook, tree branch, etc.), which makes it easy to use

To start the workout, it is necessary to fasten the fastening loop 3 in any suitable place for training at a level convenient for the trainer (for example, for practicing punches - at chest level). At the same time, a randomly moving ball does not allow to predict the direction of the next movement of the trainee. Two people can participate in the training (Figure 2). In this case, the trainees stand at arm's length and palm length to a motionless ball and alternately hit the ball, evade it, etc. The task of the trainees is to make the ball most of the time on the side of the opponent, and not only hit him, but also strike the ball with the ball.
