Description

 The invention relates to the technology of knitwear production.

 There is a known method of knitting the heel in a circular motion, in which each odd row of the heel is knitted by weaving the cooler surface from the same thread, from which the looped row is knitted at the rise of the hosiery, and each even row of the additional heel row is knitted from the other thread by weaving the cooler surface. The additional row of threads is fixed by knitting it in the form of an odd row of a foot loop on the lifting side of a hosiery. As a result of such knitting, one row of loops on the lifting side of the product accounts for two rows of loops on the heel side.

 The method is quite productive, but does not allow to obtain the necessary volume of the heel shape. The appearance and extensibility on the rise of the product is deteriorating due to footer sketches. The method is feasible only from thermoplastic yarns, allowing during heat treatment to increase the volume of the heel shape.

 The aim of the present invention is to improve quality by increasing the volumetric shape of the heel of the product.

 This goal is achieved by the fact that each looped row on the rise of the product corresponds to three looped rows of cooler surface on the heel. The loop rows of the cooler surface contain loops of different lengths, while the length of the loops increases in the direction from the ends of the row to its middle.

 The preparation of such a heel pocket of a three-color jacquard hosiery can be carried out using the new method.

 The purpose of this method is to increase the productivity and quality of the product.

 This goal is achieved in that knitting the stitch rows of the heel is carried out in three knitting systems, while on the needles with long and middle heels in the first system the looped stitch is knitted, in the second system in the middle of the heel part an incomplete row of culinary is knitted on needles with long heels smooth, and along the edges of the row of loops of the derived smooth, in the third knitting system, needles with long heels are selected, on which an incomplete row of the smooth surface is knitted, and loops of the derived smooth are knitted along the edges of the row on the needles with middle heels.

 The drawing shows the structure of the heel pocket.

 I, II, III - threads from which the loops of the three-color jacquard row and heel are knitted.

1-4 - looped posts at the end of knitting the jacquard row on the rise of the product; 5-8 - looped posts located along the lateral edge of the heel at the border with the jacquard row on the rise of the product;
9-16 - looped columns of the middle main part of the heel;
17-20 - looped posts located on the other lateral edge of the heel at the border with the jacquard row on the rise of the product; 21-24 - looped posts at the beginning of the knitting of the next jacquard row.

 The stitch rows of the backstage 25, 26, 27 contain loops of different lengths, while the length of the loops increases in the direction from the ends of the row to its middle.

 The method is as follows. Of the threads I and II, respectively, in the first and second knitting systems, the jacquard loops are knitted in the stitch columns 1-4, in the middle part of the heel in the columns 9-16, the loops of two rows of the smooth surface in each stitch column are knitted, and the loops on the lateral edges of the derivative of the smooth surface, respectively, in columns 5, 7, 18, 20 and 6, 8, 17, 19. Then, from the threads I and II, the beginning of the jacquard row in the loop stitches 21-24 is tied. From the yarn III in the first system, the last loops of the jacquard row in loops 1-4 are knitted, and then the loops of the idle row in all loops 5-20 and then loops of the next jacquard row in columns 21-24 are knitted.

 When knitting looped rows of culinary smoothness 25, 26, 27 of threads I, II and III, the length of the loops in the main part of the heel smoothly increases from the edge of this main part (loops in column 9) to the middle of the section (loops in columns 12, 13) and smoothly reduce to the other edge of the middle heel.

 Thus, the heel pocket is tied from the same threads as the jacquard row on the product’s hoist, and one jacquard row on the product’s hoist corresponds to three rows of weaving threads from threads I, II and III in the middle main part of the heel and two rows on the side sections of the heel : a series of derivatives of the culinary smoothness of threads I and II and a number of the culinary smoothness of threads III.

 1. The heel pocket of a three-color jacquard hosiery, containing additional stitch rows compared to rows knitted on the side of the product, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality by increasing the volume of the heel of the product, each buttonhole row on the lifting of the product has three loops a row of culinary smoothness on the heel.  2. The heel pocket according to claim 1, characterized in that the loop rows of the cooler surface contain loops of different lengths, while the length of the loops increases in the direction from the ends of the row to its middle.  3. The method of knitting the heel according to claim 1, in which in several knitting systems, the looped rows of the heel are knitted in a circular motion from the same threads as lifting the product, and the selection of needles is performed using patterned mechanisms, characterized in that, in order to increase productivity and quality of the product, knitting of the heel stitch rows is carried out in three knitting systems: in the first system, the knit stitch loop is knitted, in the second system an incomplete number of knit stitch is knitted in the middle of the heel, and along the edges of the stitch loop series, in the third knit the system in the middle of the heel section knits an incomplete row of culinary smoothness, and a looped row of the derived smooth is tied around the edges.
