Abstract

COLLECTOR'S BAG

The inventive utility model relates to products of light industry, in particular, to bags for storing and transporting money and valuables (cash bags), and can find application in the collection services, cash registers and valuables,

banks and other financial institutions.

Known bags and briefcases for storing and transporting money and valuables, made of flexible wear-resistant material and equipped with a lock for fixing the inlet, as well as signaling and anti-theft means (see, for example, 1.2).

A significant drawback of these bags and briefcases is their high cost. In addition, during their operation, a number of organizational and technical difficulties arise due to the specifics of the collection services.

The closest in technical durability and a combination of essential features to the claimed bag is a collection bag 3, which is widely used in cash collection. This collection bag, selected as a prototype, is made in the form of a mepsh from a wear-resistant flexible material. The inlet of the bag is edged with a folding metal frame with a combination lock. The bag is provided with service markings, applied with paint, indicating the conditional number or client code, collection route number, etc.

The disadvantages of the well-known collection bag, which have become especially noticeable in modern economic conditions due to the increase in the number of

the collection of customers (retail outlets, shops, commercial enterprises, etc.) and the number of banks to which money is transported, as well as in connection with an increase in the time for returning collection bags, the following should be attributed:

-the need to have in each collection service a large number of collection bags (up to 250 pieces per route);

- large areas required for storing bags;

-the difficulty of selecting a set of bags on the collection route due to delays in returning empty bags to customers and banks;

- Significant time spent on the layout of the bags according to the service marking and on the search for bags of the desired route by collectors before leaving the route;

- a high probability of errors in selecting sets of bags, which can lead to a delay in the arrival of collectors to customers at the appointed time, as a result of which the likelihood of criminogenic situations and malfunctions of the service is increased.

The objective of the claimed utility model is to simplify the accounting system and circulation of cash bags, as well as reduce the total number of cash bags that are in circulation.

This problem is solved in that the collection bag, equipped with a service marking and made in the form of a bag or case of wear-resistant flexible or rigid material, the inlet of which is edged with a folding frame or a lid with a lock, additionally contains a removable tag and a removable tag holder fastened with a folding frame or lid, while the service

marking is applied on a removable tag. The holder of the removable tag may have a housing with a groove for the removable tag, provided with at least one permanent magnet, and the removable tag is made in the form of a plate of ferromagnetic material.

The technical result of the utility model is composable;

-to simplify the system of accounting and handling of cash bags;

- to reduce the number of bags required by the collection service by about 3 times and the corresponding reduction in the area of the bag storage room;

- to reduce the time spent on the selection of sets of bags before the departure of collectors on the route;

-in a significant reduction in the likelihood of errors in the selection of sets of bags and violations of the route schedule, therefore, reducing the likelihood of criminogenic differences and malfunctions of the service.

The achievement of the specified technical result is determined by the fact that the service marking, in contrast to the prototype, is applied to a removable tag, which is easily inserted into the holder, securely fixing it, and can also be easily removed from the holder. This allows you to assign to each client of the collection service a certain number of not bags with constant service marking (as when using the prototype), but removable tags with official marking. In other words, the collection bags are impersonal, so that when preparing the route, the collector does not need to search for their bags. Instead, he picks up a set of tags from the service

Marboiroka. The tags of the kit are then inserted into the holders of any bags. Such a procedure takes less time than when searching and selecting well-known bags with official marking. Similarly, the time-consuming and time-consuming operation of the layout and sorting of returned collection bags can be replaced by a simpler operation of sorting removable storage bags.

The offered collection bag also allows solving the problems associated with the delay in returning the bags and errors in the selection of sets of bags, which significantly reduces the likelihood of late arrival of collectors to customers, because a removable tag with the corresponding service marking can be inserted into the holder of any stored bag, and instead of additional bags additional (reserve) tags can be used.

The total number of bags required by the collection service according to preliminary experimental estimates is reduced by about three times.

The proposed collection bag (Fig. 1,2,3) contains:

- bag 1 of wear-resistant flexible material (canvas, tarpaulin

etc.);

- folding frame 2 from metal, plastic or other hard material;

- rivets 3, with which the bag 1 is fastened to the frame 2;

- a cap lock (constipation) 4, fixing the sash of the frame 2 in the folded position and sealed with twine and wire (not shown in Fig. 1) inserted into the coaxial holes made in the frame 2 and the cap lock 4;

- holder 5 with a groove 6 for a removable tag 7, equipped with an official marking;

Permanent magnets 8.

The holder 5 (Fig. 1c) of the removable tag 7 C1fesh1en with a folding frame 2 using rivets 9. The removable tag 7 (Fig.Z) is made in the form of a rectangular plate of ferromagnetic material. Permanent magnets 8 are inserted into the grooves 10 of the housing of the holder 5 (figure 2). In Fig. 3, where the gimmer of service marking of the removable tag 7 is given, the first five digits (10260) indicate the code of the collection service customer, the number 1 after the hyphen is the kit number, and the number 15 is the collection route number.

The selection is completed by the mandatory verification of tags taken on the route. The remainder of the tags is handed over to the luggage room.

Arriving at the collection company, the collector accepting from the client an encumbered bag with cash (valuables), compares:

- a seal on a bag with a control seal of the sealer provided.

- bag number indicated in the accompanying document to the bag with the number located on the tag 7 located in the bag holder 5.

- checks the correctness of registration by the client of a turnout card, in which, in addition to the amount of values handed over, they are also recorded - the number handed over with the values and received in exchange for empty.

having accepted the bag with valuables, the collector hands the customer an empty collection bag with a tag 7 inserted in the holder 5, which indicates the number assigned to this company. Prior to the subsequent handing over of the collection bag with the valuables to the collector, the cashier of the company lifts the lock (4), opens the folding frame 2, puts the cash (valuables) in the bag and the accompanying document, which indicates the number of the bag located on the tag 7. Folding the frame 2 lowers the lock , threaded into the holes of the lock 4 and frame 2 a twine of a special sample (wire) on which it fixes the seal. Sealed bag is ready for delivery to the collector.

Bags with cash (valuables) accepted by collectors are delivered by special vehicle to the appropriate bank.

During the movement of the bag are in special closed places (metal, drawers, compartments).

Acceptance of collection bags delivered to the bank is made by cashiers - bank controllers who compare:

- a seal on a bag with a control echo of the sealer located in the bank;

-number of the bag indicated in the accompanying document to the bag with the number on the tag 7 located in the bag holder 5;

- correspondence of the indicated numbers of the client’s record in the security card. The tag inserted into the holder in preparation for departure to the route does not

1. From the collector - empty - to the client.

2.From the client - with values - to the collector.

3. From the collector - with valuables - to the bank.

4. From the bank - empty - to the collection service. The movement of tags 7 is made by the luggage collection service.

When returning empty bags from commercial banks, removable tags 7 are removed from the magnetic holders 5 and sorted by numbers. Bags freed from tags are stored in a luggage room.

In the prototypes of the proposed collection bag, the bag is made of durable canvas (tarpaulin), the holder body of the removable birvsi is made of non-magnetic material, the magnets in the form of a disk made of an alloy of niodeum iron - boron, the folding frame, the padlock and the removable tag are made of steel with engraving and grouting with paint slz ebony marking.

Tests of prototypes of the proposed collection bag, conducted on several routes of one of the collection services of St. Petersburg, fully confirmed the above advantages of this bag in relation to the prototype.

The possibility of industrial implementation of the claimed utility model is visible from its description and is confirmed by the fact of manufacturing and testing of prototypes.
