Abstract

1. Рамка ульевая, включающая соединенные между собой верхний брусок, две вертикальные планки с верхними разделителями и натянутыми между ними горизонтальными стальными струнами и нижнюю планку, отличающаяся тем, что рамка выполнена монолитной, брусок на верхней грани снабжен продольной ванночкой с поперечным ребром ее средней части, не доходящим до дна и выступающим над боковыми стенками ванночки, ушками с кольцами по концам бруска и на нижней его грани по продольной оси канавкой, соединенной одним концом с верхом сквозной прорези одной вертикальной планки, а другим концом с верхом аналогичной канавки другой вертикальной планки, причем сквозная прорезь и канавка вертикальной планки нижними концами соединены с концами канавки нижней планки рамки, вертикальные планки между собой соединены монолитными горизонтальными струнами и по узким граням с обеих сторон снабжены верхними и нижними разделителями. ! 2. Указанная цель достигается тем, что рамка ульевая выполнена монолитной. В бруске рамки на верхней грани выполнена продольная ванночка для заполнения ее пчелиным кормом, водой или лечебным препаратом. В средней части по длине ванночка снабжена поперечным ребром, (их число не регламентировано), не доходящим до дна и выступающим над боковыми стенками ванночки. По концам брусок снабжен ушками с кольцами для удобства забора и подъема рамки при осмотре гнезда улья, удержания ее, переноса и установки обратно в гнездо улья. На нижней грани бруска по продольной оси выполнена канавка для фиксации в ней верхнего ребра листа вощины. Одна из вертикальных планок снабжена по продольной оси широких граней сквозной прорезью, а другая вертикальная планка по оси внутренней широкой грани снабжена канавкой аналогичной канавке, выполненной на нижней грани бруска и является, как бы, продолжением последней, в которой фиксируется переднее вертикальное ребро листа вощины при его установке в рамку. Нижняя планка рамки также, как вертикальная и брусок, снабжена по оси внутренней широкой грани канавкой являющейся продолжением канавок бруска и вертикальной планки, в которой фиксируется нижнее ребро листа вощины при ее установке. В прорези другой вертикальной планки, соединяющей концы канавок бруска и нижней планки, фиксируется заднее ребро листа вощины при его установке в рамку. Вертикальные планки между собой соединены монолитными горизонтальными струнами с расстоянием между ними не менее 2,5 мм, что соответствует толщине листа вощины, и фиксируют последний между собой, предотвращая его коробление (выпучивание), а узкие грани планок выполнены в верхней и нижней части с обеих сторон с разделителями, предотвращающими сближение рамок при установке их в гнездо улья на расстояние между ними менее 12 мм. Верхним ребром 8 лист вощины 3 установлен в канавку 9 верхнего бруска 1, а передним ребром 10 установлен в канавку 11 вертикальной планки 14. При этом, плоскость листа вощины 3 расположена между струнами 5 и 5″, которые лист вощины 3 фиксируют с двух сторон. На концах верхнего бруска 1 расположены ушки 15 с отверстиями 16, в которые установлены кольца 17 для обеспечения забора и подъема пчеловодом рамок из гнезда и удержания их во время осмотра. Высота ушек 15 должна быть не менее 12 мм. Замена колец 17 большими отверстиями 16 в ушках 15 влечет увеличение последних и по высоте, что не конструктивно, так как увеличение высоты ушек удаляет прилегание укрывных холстиков и подушек утепления от поверхности гнезда по концам рамок и около среднего ребра 18, а это влечет к дополнительным затратам энергии пчел для поддержания оптимальной температуры в гнезде. Вертикальные планки 12 и 14 снабжены по меньшим граням в нижней части дополнительно разделителями 19, что не позволяет смещение рамок при любом боковом наклоне улья и защитит пчел от травм. Кольца 17 исключают контакт пальцев пчеловода с пчелами в момент забора рамки из гнезда и их установки обратно, что в практике связано с частыми ужалами и покрытием пальцев липким прополисом, создающим функциональный дискомфорт.
