The utility model relates to the field of satisfying a person’s vital needs, in particular the maintenance and care of domestic animals, the cleaning of their livelihood products and small household waste.

The invention is aimed at creating a lightweight, compact, convenient device for cleaning animal excrement, garbage, household waste, etc., excluding direct user contact with this waste.

This is achieved by the fact that the device contains two levers connected pivotally. Each of the levers includes a grip, a rod and a handle for controlling the grippers, the rod being sliding. The handle is the short arm of the lever, the rod together with the gripper is the long arm of the lever. Grips and handles can be foldable and rotate relative to the rods to reduce the overall dimensions of the device.

The described device is included in the waste collection kit, which also includes a disposable bag worn on the grips from the outside. Preferably, the bag contains an additional pocket where waste can accumulate.

The prior art there are many devices designed for these purposes: RU2113162, RU2006112809, JP2004222554, US2008012366, FR2880240 JP2006101821, US2002056419, etc. All devices for collecting animal excrement can be divided into several groups:

Portable animal toilets (e.g., US4,555,132; US4,042,269);

Various designs of scoops (for example, US2008012366, JP11113437);

Forceps, grips (e.g. JP2003023903, JP2003274783);

Wipes, gloves and other devices requiring direct contact of hands with waste (JP2007282556, JP2005046127).

In general, the listed devices are quite cumbersome and complex in design or require tilting for cleaning. In addition, most devices require washing and disinfection after use or are disposable.

There are a number of devices in which disposable bags are used for waste collection: JP11113437, JP10165030, JP7255309, JP8242719, however, these devices are also large or require tilting.

In the prior art, no devices of the same purpose have been found that simultaneously combine compactness, lightness, convenience and hygiene in use.

This utility model is aimed at creating a lightweight, compact, convenient device for cleaning animal excrement, garbage, household waste, etc., which excludes direct contact of the user with this waste.

The claimed result is achieved by the fact that the device contains two levers connected pivotally (like scissors). Each of the levers includes a grip, a rod and a handle for controlling the grippers, the rod being sliding. The handle is the short arm of the lever, the rod together with the gripper is the long arm of the lever. Usually the rods are made of hollow telescopically retractable tubes. The arms can also be folding or sliding. Grips and handles can be rotated relative to the rods to reduce the overall dimensions of the device.

Preferably, the handles have corresponding grooves into which the rods and grips can be removed.

To reduce the weight of the device, the grippers have perforations or cavities, or can be made in the form of frames located in parallel planes. Additionally, the device may contain clamps and springs, allowing to fix the relative position of the handles, rods and grippers.

In the folded state: the rods are assembled, the arms are folded and turned along the rods, the grips are also rotated along the rods, and the entire device is a small pencil case that can even fit in a handbag (the total length of the device usually does not exceed 20 cm). In the working (deployed) state, the device allows a person holding it in lowered hands to reach the ground with grabs (total length from 60 to 120 cm).

Typically, the device is made of metal (preferably duralumin) or plastic. Movable joints (hinges), springs and clips are usually made of steel.

The described device is included in the waste collection kit, which also includes a disposable bag worn on the grips from the outside. The material of the bag must be cheap and sufficiently flexible, and the bag must be shaped so that the grips can move along the working amplitude inside the bag. Usually take plastic (polymer) or paper bags. Preferably, the bag contains an additional pocket where waste can accumulate.

In this case, the handle 2 is a short lever arm, the rod 1 together with the gripper 3 makes up the long lever arm.

At the request of the user, the handle may have a different shape and length, and fold if necessary. Handles can be controlled with one or two hands. To control one hand, it is convenient that the handles have the shape of rings (Figure 1).

Grips do not carry large mechanical loads, so the main requirements for their design are: compactness in the folded state, ease and ease of use. The Figure 2 presents one of the options for the execution of the grips in accordance with this utility model.

Both grips 3 are identical to each other and are triangular frames (Figure 2 (a)). Each side of the triangle is formed by two tubes 6 and 7, telescopically entering each other. A tube 6, of a larger diameter, is fixed at one end on a ring 8 that can slide freely along the rod 1. A clamp 9 is also located on the ring, which fixes the ring 8 on the rod 1 in the required position. The mounting of the tube 6 on the ring should ensure the rotation of the tube at a certain angle in the vertical plane (plane of the figure).

The base of the triangle forms a cable 10, stretched through a thin tube 7 and mounted on the lower end of the tube 6. The lower and upper edges of the tube 7 are rounded to ensure smooth sliding of the cable 10. The total length of the cable is determined by the width of the base of the triangular frame and the doubled length of the tube 7. Inside tube 6 is a spring 11, providing the opening of the tubes 6 and 7.

The lower end of the rod 1 usually ends with a thickening 12 (heel). The thickening 12, on the one hand, provides a dilution (rotation) of the telescopic tube system 6 and 7, on the other hand, serves to fix the ring 8. The shape of the thickening is determined by its functional purpose.

Inside the tube 6, an additional 9 "thread may be located, one end of which is attached to the tube 7 and the other through the block is fixed to the bulge 12. This 9" thread provides folding of the tubes 6 and 7 when the ring 8 moves up the bar.

In the folded state (Figure 2 (b)), the frame is a compact structure. The tubes 7 are retracted inside the tubes 6, and the entire length of the cable 10 is selected by interference, and it is located in the gap between the tubes 6 and 7. Figure 3 (a) - (c) schematically shows an example of the use of the described kit. First, the device 13 is brought into working condition and on the grippers 3 put on the package 14 (from the outside of the grippers). When breeding the grippers 3, the lower face of the packet 14 forms a stretched membrane that easily bends into the grips when exposed to external influences. The device 13 is pressed onto the retractable object 15 and by means of the handles 2 the grippers 3 are brought together. The object 15 is in the package inside the grippers. Then the package 15 is removed from the grips, while turning inside out (this happens naturally if you pull the edge of the package). Garbage is packed and disposed of, and a new bag is put on the grips for future use.

Preferably, the bag 15 contains an additional pocket where waste can accumulate. Then the device can be used several times, and the removal of the package occurs after filling the pocket.

The inventive utility model is not limited to the described options, but also includes other design solutions that allow you to achieve the stated result.
