Description
HEAT INSULATION UNIT
The utility model relates to the production of heat-insulating materials and can be used for the manufacture of heat-insulating blocks for use in building envelopes.
Кроме того плотность блоков из пеностекла составляет от 200кг/мЗ,а теплопроводность порядка 0.085 ВТ/(мк).The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the declared are heat-insulating foam glass blocks (1), the main component of which is liquid glass. In the production of foam glass, moisture is evaporated from liquid glass by exposure to high temperatures for a long time. Blocks of foam glass have good heat-insulating, strength and sound-proofing properties. However, significant energy consumption in production is a significant drawback of these heat-insulating blocks. In addition, the density of foam glass blocks is from 200 kg / m3, and thermal conductivity of the order of 0.085 W / (μ).
The inventive Utility Model is aimed at obtaining a heat-insulating material characterized by good heat-insulating properties with sufficient strength and low energy consumption.
Таким образом предлагаемый способ изготовления теплоизоляционнго материала делает возможным получение высокоэффер:тивной теплоизоляции с помопгью применения в качестве компонентов к жидкому стеклу ф-гплсилиция и эгирина при следующих соотношениях - 1:0.9:0.1.The formulated problem is solved due to the fact that, in the manufacture of a heat-insulating material based on liquid glass, components are introduced that make it possible to remove water from the liquid glass with the help of a chemical reaction, followed by self-hardening of the material. Moreover, the resulting heat-insulating material has a porosity of up to 60%, which allows to reduce the density and improve its heat-shielding properties. Thus, the proposed method for the manufacture of heat-insulating material makes it possible to obtain high-performance: thermal insulation with the help of using f-gplsilicium and aegirine as components to water glass at the following ratios - 1: 0.9: 0.1.
In the manufacture of heat-insulating material, ferrasilicon and aegirine are introduced successively into vein glass in the form of a finely ground powder, mixed thoroughly and poured into molds. Further, the process of removing water from liquid glass occurs within 3 hours without heating — natural moisture suppression or heating of the mold with the composition for 15 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees.
К.An example of the composition: mixed 45mass. liquid glue with 8mas. aegirine, and then injected 47mass. ferrasilicon. The density of the heat-insulating block above the named composition is 1bOkg / m3, the compressive strength is 3.7kgS / SM2, and the thermal conductivity is 0.047W / mK.
The resulting ECOZHT heat-insulating material is easy to manufacture, characterized by good heat-insulating properties with reliable strength, and also has excellent fire retardant properties.
