Бланк для официальных обращений, заявлений и писем в виде листа бумаги стандартного формата с полем для записи текста сообщения и полем, на котором отпечатаны имя и адрес получателя, отличающийся тем, что он имеет соответствующие его видовой принадлежности цветовую окраску и воспроизведенную на нем типографским способом в закодированном виде совокупность реквизитов, содержащих постоянную информацию о получателе и отправителе.2. Бланк по п.1, отличающийся тем, что совокупность реквизитов, содержащих постоянную информацию о получателе, включает герб Российской Федерации, ее субъектов или их административно-территориальных единиц, коды Российской Федерации, ее субъектов или их административно-территориальных единиц, коды соответствующих государственных органов или их структурных подразделений.3. Бланк по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один элемент защиты от подделок.4.
