The problem is solved in that the device for the dosed supply of chemical reagents into the well includes the installation of a metering electric pump, a capillary pipe passing along the outer surface of the tubing, pump unit and cable, at the lower end of which a dynamic device with an elastic hopping system is suspended (Mezis farm ) with preload, equipped with a striker.
Description
The utility model relates to the oil industry, in particular, to protection against corrosion damage, asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits, scaling of deep pumping equipment of wells by unhindered dosing of chemicals.
[1].A device (analogue) for the dosed supply of a chemical reagent into the well, where the capillary pipe for supplying the reagent is mounted on the outer surface of the tubing, and the outlet valve of the capillary pipe is located in the receiving zone of the pump [1].
The disadvantage of this device is the inability to supply a chemical reagent to great depths, for example, in the perforation zone or the bottomhole zone.
Closest to the claimed (prototype) is the method [2], which consists in dosing chemical reagents to the required depth, including the bottomhole zone, through a capillary pipeline along the wellbore, where the flow rate of the reagents is adjusted at the wellhead by installing a metering pump.
The disadvantage of this method is the inability to supply a chemical reagent to any depth below the pump unit due to the limitation of the carrying capacity of the capillary pipeline.
The objective of the utility model is the guaranteed supply of a chemical reagent to any depth below the pump unit.
The problem is solved in that the device for the dosed supply of chemical reagents into the well includes installation
дозировочную электронасосную, капиллярный трубопровод, проходящий по наружной поверхности насосно-компрессорных труб, насосного агрегата и троса, на нижнем конце которого подвешено динамическое устройство с упругой системой перескока (ферма Мезиса) с поджатием, оснащенное бойком.electric dosing pump, capillary pipe passing along the outer surface of tubing, pump unit and cable, at the lower end of which is suspended a dynamic device with an elastic hopping system (Mezis truss) with preload, equipped with a striker.
Figure 1 schematically shows the inventive device for the dosed supply of chemical reagents into the well, where

Figure 2 schematically shows a dynamic device with an elastic hopping system, where

12 - centering rib.
The inventive device operates as follows. A capillary pipe 1, rigidly attached to the tubing 2, pump unit 3, suspension device 4, and cable 5, is lowered into the well. The capillary pipe 1 is connected at one end to the metering unit 6 via injection line 7, and a spray valve 8 is located at its other end. 5, to ensure the passage of the capillary pipeline to any depth below the pump unit, it is attached to the pump unit by means of a suspension device 4, and a dynamic device 9 with an elastic hopping system is fastened to the lower end of the cable 5, which makes
зависание торса с капиллярным трубопроводом в колонне при спускоподъемных операциях.hovering of a torso with a capillary pipeline in a column during tripping.
During the descent or ascent of the downhole equipment during an accidental impact of the dynamic device 9 on the string due to the nonequilibrium state of the elastic system created by the pressed springs 10, the striker 11 jumps to another position, as a result of which the center of gravity of the dynamic device changes, and the dynamic device changes its location in the well. Thus, the likelihood of a cable hook and capillary conduit is minimized.
The centering ribs 12 provide the centering of the dynamic device in the well, prevent its freezing.
Thus, the capillary pipeline, rigidly fixed to the tensioned cable, passes along the wellbore, the end of the pipeline with the spray valve does not hook onto the column walls and thereby ensures the passage of the capillary pipeline and reagent supply to any depth of the well below the pump unit.
