Description
The utility model relates to the oil industry, in particular, to protection against corrosion damage, asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits, scaling of deep pumping equipment of wells by unhindered dosing of chemicals.
[1].A device (analogue) is known for dosed supply of a chemical reagent into a well, where a capillary pipe for supplying a reagent is fixed on the outer surface of the tubing, and the outlet valve of the capillary pipeline is located in the receiving zone of the pump [1].
The disadvantage of this device is the inability to supply a chemical reagent to great depths, for example, in the perforation zone or the bottomhole zone.
Closest to the claimed (prototype) is the method [2], which consists in dosing chemical reagents to the required depth, including the bottomhole zone, through a capillary pipeline along the wellbore, where the flow rate of the reagents is adjusted at the wellhead by installing a metering pump.
The disadvantage of this method is the inability to supply a chemical reagent to any depth below the pump unit due to the limitation of the carrying capacity of the capillary pipeline.
The objective of the utility model is the guaranteed supply of a chemical reagent to any depth below the pump unit.
The problem is solved in that the device for the dosed supply of chemical reagents into the well includes installation
дозировочную электронасосную; линию нагнетания; подвесное устройство на нижнем конце насосного агрегата с подвешенным к нему тросом, на другом конце которого размещен груз с центрирующими ребрами; капиллярный трубопровод, оснащенный выпускным клапаном-распылителем, проходящий по наружной поверхности насосно-компрессорных труб, насосного агрегата и вдоль троса и жестко к ним прикрепленный.dosing pump; discharge line; a suspension device at the lower end of the pump unit with a cable suspended to it, at the other end of which a load with centering ribs is placed; a capillary pipeline equipped with an exhaust valve-spray, passing along the outer surface of the tubing, pump unit and along the cable and rigidly attached to them.
In FIG. schematically depicts the inventive device for the dosed supply of chemical reagents into the well, where
1 - капиллярный трубопровод;1 - capillary pipeline;
2 - насосно-компрессорная труба;2 - tubing;
3 - насосный агрегат;3 - pump unit;
4 - подвесное устройство;4 - suspension device;
5 - трос;5 - cable;
6 - установка дозировочная электронасосная;6 - electric dosing pump installation;
7 - линия нагнетания;7 - discharge line;
8 - клапан-распылитель;8 - spray valve;
9 - load with centering ribs.
The inventive device operates as follows. A capillary conduit 7, rigidly attached to the tubing 2, a pumping unit 3, a suspension device 4, a cable 5, is lowered into the well. The capillary conduit 7 is connected at one end to the metering pump 6 via a discharge line 7, and a spray valve 8 is placed at its other end. The cable 5, to ensure the passage of the capillary pipeline to any depth below the pump unit, is attached to the pump unit by means of a suspension device 4, and a load with centering ribs 9 is attached to the lower end of the cable 5. Centering ribs and provide centration of cargo in the well and prevent it crash.
Thus, the capillary pipeline, rigidly fixed to the tensioned cable, passes through the wellbore, the end of the pipeline with the spray valve does not hook on the walls of the column and this ensures the supply of reagent to any depth of the well below the pump unit.
