The solution relates to outerwear, in particular to an army uniform for combat. The fighting may be accompanied by wounds with significant loss of blood. In this situation, it is important to quickly stop the bleeding. The imposition of a tourniquet, usually used in such cases, is not always possible: either it is not at hand, or it is in the medicine cabinet and the wounded man cannot get it, or there is no other person nearby who could help. All this is associated with the time spent, the wounded may die.

Known jumpsuit with a self-insurance system (RF patent for utility model No. 59374, A61D 13/00, А62В 37/00, published on 12/27/2006), containing a built-in individual insurance and self-rescue system, consisting of a launching device and power elements in the form of tapes, fixed on the inside of the jumpsuit.

However, this jumpsuit cannot help a person in case of injury and bleeding. As a prototype, overalls can be adopted (RF patent for utility model No. 23554, A41D 13/02, publ. 06/27/2002), containing a shirt and trousers, with elements for various purposes: pockets, loops, belt-braid.

However, this suit cannot help the wounded in an emergency, for example, with bleeding.

This task is carried out by the proposed solution.

This technical result is achieved in that in special clothes, including a shirt with sleeves and trousers, on the sleeves and trouser legs in the areas of the most dangerous bleeding: on the sleeves - in the shoulder area, above and below the elbow, at the wrist, on the trouser legs - in the inguinal In the zone above and below the knee and above the ankle, elastic braids or braid are braided, one end of which is fixed, and the other is made with the ability to move and fix in the desired position, equipped with a textile fastener that interacts with a textile fastener sewn onto a fabric ode wait, with a pull ring, a twist rod is installed in the loop of the bundle or braid.

Thus, mechanical hemostatic agents are located directly in the suit, they do not need to be stored in the medicine cabinet, just pull the ring to the desired position to squeeze the vessel or artery. One end 16 of the tow or braid is fixed in the latch 17 (and may be optionally on the fabric of clothing). It can be, for example, two metal rings. The other end 18 of the tow or braid is made with the possibility of pulling and fixing in the desired position with the same lock 17. This end 18 is equipped with a textile fastener 19 (Velcro), interacting with the same fastener 20 sewn onto the fabric of clothing (or strip fabric 14) - for additional fixation, and ring 21 - for the convenience of actuating a tourniquet or braid. A rod 22 may be additionally provided in the loop to create additional force due to twisting.

Special clothing is used as follows. In the idle position, all elements are hidden in the drawstring formed by the fabric of clothing and strip 14, and the end 18 of the tow or braid is fixed to the fabric with a textile fastener.

In the event of bleeding due to injury or other damage, the victim or a person who is nearby can tighten the tourniquet or braid 13, it

self-fixes in the latch 17 and the textile fastener 20, remote from the latch 17. Additional tightening can be carried out by the rod 22 by twisting.

The proposed improvement of special clothing will allow you to quickly and effectively provide assistance (and self-help) to the wounded, and sometimes save his life.
