Description
The utility model relates to a vehicle, in particular to auxiliary automobile equipment, namely, to mats designed to remove moisture in the passenger compartment.
Mats are known for a vehicle designed to solve the problem of enhancing shock absorbing properties, improving elasticity, shape stability, and increasing thermal conductivity.
So, it is known mat for the bottom of the vehicle (see. Pat. USSR 1093239 according to class MKI B32B5 / 18, publ. 05.15.84) containing an inner layer of polyethylene foam with a density of 100-200 kg / m and an additional layer of polyethylene foam with density 70-100, equipped with a protective film of thermoplastic. This invention solves the problem of improving the characteristics of the mat in terms of elasticity and improves shape stability.
However, the well-known mat does not solve the problem of removing moisture in the passenger compartment.
МКР B60N3/04, опуб. Also known is a vehicle mat (see c. МКИ B60N3/04, опуб. Для решения поставленной задачи коврик для транспортного средства, содержащий слои различных материалов, один из которых является защитным и выполненным из хлопчатобумажного материала, выполнен из механически скрепленных между собой тонких слоев из природного растительного волокна с защитным слоем и с дополнительно введенным аналогично первому вторым защитным слоем, при этом внутренний слой выполнен сорбционным, а симметрично внутреннему слою по разные стороны от негоfibers whose ends protrude onto the surface of the base; reinforcing sheet glued to the base; a pile containing conductive fiber; lining material. Due to the high conductive properties of the mat, it can be used as a heating device. Shaggy surface creates comfortable operation. However, the absorbency of the mat is very small. Closest to the claimed technical solution is a floor mat in a car (see cl. Japan 4-349042, class MKI B60N3 / 04, publ. 03.12.95), containing a base, a layer of thermoplastic resin, a soft sheet of a thermal element and a protective layer from cotton material. Thanks to the presence of a heating element, the mat can be used to create warmth in the car. However, it, like the previous analogues, does not allow moisture to be absorbed by the feet into the car interior in weather, as well as moisture from melted snow. The utility model is aimed at solving the problem of creating a mat for a vehicle, allowing to expand its functionality by providing the ability to remove moisture in the passenger compartment. To solve the problem, the mat for the vehicle, containing layers of various materials, one of which is protective and made of cotton material, is made of thin layers of natural plant fiber mechanically bonded to each other with a protective layer and with an additional layer introduced in the same way as the first second protective layer, while the inner layer is made sorption, and symmetrically to the inner layer on different sides of it
Слои могут быть скреплены между собой по краям иглопрокалыванием.at least two intermediate layers are located, and on the outer surface of each group of intermediate layers, protective layers are located opposite to each other. The thickness of the inner layer is 2.5-3.5 mm, of each of the intermediate 0.05-0.08 mm, and of the protective layers 0.2-0.3 mm. The layers can be bonded together at the edges by needle-piercing.
In well-known sources of patent and scientific and technical information, there is no description of a mat for a vehicle with absorbent capacity due to the use of
Благодаря наличию сорбционного слоя, например, выполненного из распущенной целлюлозы, коврик обеспечивает впитывание влаги до 1 литра ( при размерах 45 X 45 см ).a set of thin layers of natural plant fiber mechanically bonded to each other. Due to the presence of a sorption layer, for example, made of dissolved pulp, the mat provides absorption of moisture up to 1 liter (with dimensions 45 X 45 cm).
The utility model is illustrated by the drawing, where one of the options for the structure of the laminate mat is schematically presented.
3.The mat consists of an inner layer I, on different sides of which the intermediate layers 2 are located, on the external surface of each group of intermediate layers there are protective layers 3.
Example. The mat consists of an inner layer made of dissolved pulp 3 mm thick, of intermediate layers made in accordance with TU 13-7309005-641-86 with a thickness of 0.060.07 mm and a protective layer made of cotton fabric in accordance with NDT TO 17 1145 -3-92 to GOST 29298 0.28 mm thick.
The use of an absorbent mat will keep the feet of the driver and passengers dry, and the car’s body will be less susceptible to corrosion. Absorbent mat can be laid in the car interior on a rubber mat or under it - depending on the greatest accumulation of moisture.
A certain arrangement of the layers and their structures can hold the moisture of the mat, thereby leaving its outer surface dry. In addition, the mat ensures the removal of water vapor from the air in the passenger compartment.
