Abstract

The utility model relates to the design of individual gift packaging intended for packaging, transfer and storage, in particular, bottles of alcoholic beverages. The objective of the proposed solution is to increase the strength of the package and expand its functionality. To solve the problem in a bottle package containing a transparent vertically oriented case, otherwise the case design is solved. The body is made in the form of a block of ice from a solid bulk transparent material in the form of glass or plastic. Inside the body, a cavity is made in the shape of a packable bottle. The packaging lid is located in the bottom. The implementation of the packaging in the form of a block of ice creates an original impression - it is associated with a ready-to-drink chilled drink. Packages of the proposed design provide convenient reliable transportation of goods placed in them, its long-term storage and subsequent use. This is especially important for gift sets, which are usually pre-purchased, delivered to the consumer and used for a long time. The ability to save the packaging after consuming its contents and the possibility of using it for another functional purpose allows you to preserve the memory of a memorable event longer. 5 pf, 1 ill.

The utility model relates to the design of individual gift packaging intended for packaging and transferring, in particular, alcohol bottles.

Of particular interest are packaging decorative and / or souvenir type, used mainly for the design of products of the wine and vodka and perfumery industries.

For example, packaging for bottles in the form of covers made of fabric or leather is known (RF patents for industrial design No. 47936 dated February 18, 2000, No. 48644, No. 48645 No. 49782 dated November 16, 2000, MKPO 09-03). The covers are open from the ends and are equipped with cable ties located around the neck of the bottle and wax seals fixing the ties. The disadvantage of this solution is the lack of information on the brand and characteristics of the drink in the bottle on the outer surface of the covers.

In the patent for software of the Russian Federation No. 48512 dated September 16, 1999, MKPO 09-03, a souvenir package for drinks in the form of a Caucasian cloak with a hat fixed on a common base with a bottle is proposed. In the divergent floors of the cloak, the bottle label is visible.

Souvenir packaging for a bottle with a drink according to the certificate of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 14041 of 05/07/1999, IPC B 65 D 77/26, is made in the form of a kind of artistic image resembling a human with a hardened figure in a cap.

Gift packaging for a bottle according to the patent for software of the Russian Federation No. 47181 of 08/09/1999, MKPO 09-03, is made of multilayer birch bark with thread and embossing in the form of a mortar gun mounted on a wheeled carriage with a supporting trunk. Mortira is fixedly mounted on the platform and, together with a bottle of an expensive drink installed in its barrel, can serve as an excellent semantic gift.

Souvenir cases for bottles “TEMPLE” and “BOGATYR” (patent for software of the Russian Federation No. 47780 and No. 47781 dated 02.17.2000, MKPO 09-03) are made detachable from wood. The upper part of the first of them is stylized as a squat head of the temple and is located on the base of a cylindrical shape. The second is solved in the style of "nesting dolls". After removing the upper part of any of the cases, the bottle remains in its lower part, allowing the consumer to see the contents of the bottle.

Known gift packaging for bottles in the form of three-, four-, five- and six-pointed stars in plan, obtained from sheet blanks and having longitudinal slots along the side faces through which the contents of the packaged bottle are viewed and standard information about it (patent for software No. 034277 dated September 10, 1995, MKPO 09-03, WIPO application, published in the Bulletin “Industrial Designs of Foreign Countries”, issue 2, column 1, 1996, p. 280). Another issue of this bulletin (Industrial Designs of Foreign Countries, issue 2, column 1, 1995, page 280) presents decorative packaging for bottles made of vertical

battens framing a triangular or hexagonal upper and lower base (patent for software No. 031620 dated 12/23/1994, MKPO 09-03, WIPO application).

Typical of these solutions is the lack of handles for carrying packages with bottles, which on the one hand emphasizes their purely decorative style, and on the other creates certain inconvenience to customers.

More simple in execution and materials used (cardboard, microcorrugated cardboard or plastic) are:

- packaging for bottles according to the certificate of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 17517 dated January 9, 2001, MKP B 65 D 65/00, B 65 D 71/00, B 65 D 75/00. The packaging is made of sheet cardboard and when assembled, it has a semi-cylindrical front wall with a window in front and a flat rear wall made integrally with the end walls. To articulate the walls, the package is equipped with locking elements in the form of reeds and reciprocal slots;

- packaging for alcoholic beverages according to the patent for PO RF No. 46849 dated 06/29/1998, MKPO 09-03. This product serves as a package for three bottles at once, it is also made of sheet cardboard and in the finished form is a hexagonal prism, the base and upper wall of which have the shape of a triangle with truncated vertices. The three front faces of the prism are provided with windows, and the walls are interconnected by gluing;

- packaging for a bottle with a drink No. М9304969 dated 06.23.1993, MKPO 09-03 (Bulletin "Industrial Designs of Foreign Countries", issue 2, column 1, 1995, page 266, Germany) is also made from sheet cardboard in the form of an a-shaped structure in longitudinal section with a double base and a double top wall. Both of these walls are provided with holes in which the bottle is fixed;

- packaging for bottles according to the patent for software of the Russian Federation No. 47339 dated 06/29/1998, MKPO 09-03, characterized by the implementation of a rigid rectangular base and case made of a transparent polymeric material. The walls of the housing in the upper part are closed and form a handle. At the base of the package, a round platform for a bottle is squeezed out.

The last of these packages are equipped with handles for carrying, made either as separate parts (witness. PM No. 17517), or as a unit with the blank for packaging (in all other analogues).

Folding packaging is also known. For example, the box according to the patent for software of the Russian Federation No. 49399 dated 06/01/1999 is made of a single flat scan, and when assembled, a multifaceted box with a handle is obtained.

Folding packaging for bottles according to patent PM No. 27065 of July 31, 02, is also made of a single flat billet equipped with scoring, cuts and slots. During assembly, an openwork case with a handle and decorative ribs extending to the sides perpendicular to the axis is obtained.

The closest solution to the proposed one can be considered packaging according to the patent for software No. 47339 dated 06/29/98 (see above). The disadvantage of this package is its lack of strength,

since it is made of thin sheet material, as well as the disposable nature of the package.

The objective of the proposed solution is to increase the strength of the package and expand its functionality.

To solve the problem in a bottle package containing a vertically oriented transparent case, otherwise the case design is solved. The body is made in the form of a block of ice from a solid bulk transparent material in the form of glass, crystal or plastic. Inside the body, a cavity is made in the shape of a packable bottle. The packaging lid is located in the bottom.

The proposed design of the package ensures the strength of the case, the reliable placement of the bottle inside the package, as well as the possibility of using such a package in the future, after using the contents of the bottle, for example, in the form of a vase or stand for stationery.

Such packages provide convenient reliable transportation of goods placed in them, their long-term storage and subsequent use. This is especially important for gift sets, which are usually pre-purchased, delivered to the consumer and used for a long time. The ability to save the packaging after consuming its contents and the possibility of using it for another functional purpose allows you to save the memory of a memorable event.

The proposed packaging design can be made of modern polymeric materials that provide the whole range of consumer packaging requirements: lightness, strength and visibility of the packaged goods.

The inventive packaging is shown in the following drawings:

The package contains a housing 1, which resembles a block of ice. The impression is achieved due to the material of which the housing is made. It can be glass, crystal or durable thickened plastic (polycarbonate, polyurethane, silicone, etc.). In the presented embodiment, the casing has the shape of a parallelepiped with rounded corners (Fig. 1), it is possible to perform packaging of another arbitrary shape.

Inside, unlike the known packaging for bottles with drinks, all voids, except the cavity 2 for accommodating the bottle 3, are also filled with the material from which the body 1 is made (see figure 2). This design of the package provides more reliable storage of the bottle during transportation - it will not move inside the package.

The transparency of the package allows you to see the contents of the product without unpacking (see figure 3).

With this design, the packaging of the bottle is inserted into it from below, where the presence of cork 4 is provided.

In the future, after the package is released, it can be turned over and used as a flower vase or for installing various small items. The presence of a filler inside the body will ensure the stability of the vase.

The offered packaging is intended mainly for gift options for bottles of vodka. Traditionally, cognac is the first among gift alcoholic drinks. The proposed packaging is intended to attract buyers to quality copies of vodka, which can also be a good gift. The design of the package creates an attractive appearance by creating the impression of a chilled drink placed among ice.

It is possible to carry out similar packaging for two or more bottles (figure 4).

The listed design features contribute to the solution of the problem, since

provide convenient and reliable transportation of goods placed in them and its long-term storage. This is especially important for gift sets, which are usually pre-purchased, delivered to the consumer and used for a long time. The ability to use the packaging for a different purpose after consuming its contents allows you to save the memory of a memorable event.
