Полезная модель относится к таре и упаковке, в частности к складным картонным коробкам преимущественно для рыбной продукции, и может быть использована для хранения, транспортировки и демонстрации продукции. Трансформируемая складная коробка включает днище 1, две боковые и две торцевые стенки, соответственно 2 и 3, откидную крышку 4 с передним бортиком 5 и боковыми клапанами 6, причем передний бортик 5 крышки снабжен торцевыми клапанами 7, выступающими за размеры крышки 4 и отгибаемыми на торцевые стенки 3 коробки. В центральной части крышки 4 выполнена фигурная перфорация 8 для образования клапана 9, при этом выпуклая часть линии перфорации 8 направлена в сторону места соединения крышки 4 с торцевой стенкой 3 коробки, а края перфорированной линии 8 соединены с линиями 10 перегиба (пунктирные линии), расположенными на крышке 4 параллельно торцевым стенкам 3 коробки. Линии перегиба 10 преимущественно расположены в середине крышки 4. Клапан 9 может быть выполнен полукруглой (серповидной) формы. Торцевые клапаны 7 преимущественно имеют форму секторов, что обеспечивает надежную фиксацию крышки 4 в трансформированном положении. На клапане 9 может быть размещена этикетка 11.
