A well-known sports game with balls is “Billiards” (see Small Encyclopedia, Moscow, “Rainbow”, 1982, pp. 101-105), which contains a playing field, along the perimeter of which there are boards with openings, game elements in the form of balls, made with the possibility of rolling around the playing field by exposing the player with one ball to another, as well as a cue to give the balls a specified rolling motion. In this case, the playing field is a table surface placed at a certain distance from the floor level and having a rectangular shape, and openings in the form of pockets are made at the corners of the site, as well as in the middle part of the longer side. Apertures can be equipped with catchers.

The well-known sports game with balls contributes to the development of spatial thinking, eye measurement, coordination of movements, prediction of the trajectory of the balls after a collision, but it is not dynamic, since it restricts the movement of players only around the perimeter around a relatively small playing field, and not along its surface as a whole. Reducing the dependence on atmospheric influences allows the game to be used both indoors and outdoors, which expands its scope. Thus, the set of essential features of the claimed device and the technical result achieved by its use provide the creation of a new universal and more dynamic sports game with balls.

Moving around the court, the player picks up a green ball and selects a place to throw it, giving the ball a rolling motion until it collides with any other or his chosen blue ball, trying to roll the blue ball out of the court, rolling it into the corresponding opening. In this case, the throwing of the green ball is carried out only in the direction of the blue balls located in areas that are outside the player’s area. If a blue ball rolls into the opening, the team player continues the game, moves around the court, picks up the green ball, selects the next position for throwing the ball, giving it a rolling motion until it collides with any other blue ball and trying to roll the blue ball into the side opening . If the player of the second team did not calculate the throwing force and the green ball did not reach the blue ball, it stopped, or if the blue ball does not fall into the side opening, the next player of the first team enters the game. Thus, the game is extended until one of the teams rolls out all the balls of its color before the opponent out of the court. At the same time, during the game, each player affects the other balls with a green, additional, ball.

To give the game excitement and interest, a player can, for example, throw a green ball before colliding with balls of not only their color, but also the color of the opponent’s ball, rolling them into openings in favor of the opponent.

The site is pre-marked into squares with a side length of 2 m, denoting them with contrasting lines, and the balls are placed at the intersection of the lines. By lot, the player of one of the teams starts the game: moves around the court, selects one of the white balls at his discretion, raises the ball, fixes it in his hand and throws it to make the movement roll around the court. When you hit a ball that rolls about another ball, the latter also begins to roll around the site. In this case, the player seeks to throw the first ball so that the last ball rolls out of the area, i.e. hit the side opening. When a ball hits the side opening, the player, at his discretion, moves around the site to select a position, raises the selected ball, fixes it in his hand and throws it into a collision with another ball, trying also to roll the ball out of the court. If the player of one team did not calculate the throwing force and the ball, without reaching the other ball, stops or if the ball does not fall into the side opening, the player of the other team enters the game. Moving similarly around the site, the player picks up any ball, selects the position for throwing it, throws the ball, giving it a rolling motion until it collides with any other or their chosen ball, trying to roll the ball out of the court, rolling it into the corresponding opening. If the ball rolls into the opening, the team player continues the game, selects a new position for throwing the ball, picks up the next ball, adding to it the rolling movement until it collides with any other ball, trying to roll it into the side opening. If the player of the second team did not calculate the throwing force and the ball did not reach another ball, it stopped, or if the ball does not fall into the side opening, the next player of the first team enters the game. Thus, the game is extended as long as one ball remains on the court. The team that rolled out the balls with the highest total points wins. Thus, the proposed sports game with balls, unlike the prototype, does not require certain habits and special training of players, and most importantly, does not require firm rules of the game, which makes it simple and accessible for players of any age and physical fitness. Free movement on the playing field in the form of a relatively large size platform located at ground or floor level, as well as the need to tilt (or squat) and extend the player to take the ball with his hand, allows the players to develop physical activity. At the same time, the possibility of holding the specified game with balls without a time limit allows players to actively move throughout the game and at the same time to regulate physical activity throughout the game, taking into account the age and other characteristics of the players. Unlike the prototype, thanks to the simple methods of the game and the possibility of playing it on a site of any size, a sports game can also be used to compete disabled people with limited mobility, for example, who travel on wheelchairs, but have the ability to throw the ball with their hand. The inventive game allows you to use any size and weight balls, depending on the age and physical capabilities of the players. In addition, the game, in contrast to the prototype, also allows, in addition to rolling, to use the technique of throwing the ball by hand if rolling to the intended ball is prevented by another ball located on the playing field, which expands the possibilities of the game.

The universality of the proposed sports game with balls also lies in the fact that it can be implemented both in the air and in enclosed spaces, while stationary and collapsible structures of the platforms can be used as a playing field for the game.

A sports game with balls can be used to play with the participation of one or several players, to hold amateur competitions, as well as to conduct professional competitions, setting in this case restrictions on the duration of the game, a strictly defined sequence of rolling balls out of the playing field, allowing the use of game ricochet balls from the sides of the playing field, etc.
