The proposed utility model relates to methods and devices for uncorking vessels, in particular, to devices for uncorking bottles that are closed with various corks.

Traditionally known device for uncorking bottles of corkscrew (due to the wide popularity of the bibliography is not indicated). However, it has limited capabilities, since it is designed to uncork bottles closed with corks made of plant material (cork tree), and its known modifications are aimed at reducing the effort required to open, such as, for example, a device according to ed. St. No. 1629240, IPC В 67 В 7/04, 1989.

Currently, bottle corking is overwhelmingly done with plastic plugs when a corkscrew is useless. Therefore, various devices are created with which a plastic stopper (or a plastic cap that covers the bottle over its neck) is cut off or hooked with a special hook and pulled off the bottle.

It is known, for example, a device for opening bottles sealed with plastic caps, which, by the combination of similar essential features, can be taken as a prototype of the claimed technical solution (see ed. St. No. 496232, IPC B 67

In 7/14, 1973). The known device comprises a stop covering the neck of a bottle, on a vertical rack of which a two-arm lever of the first kind is swinging mounted. The short arm of the lever has a grip (hook) that interacts with the cap on the neck of the bottle, and the long arm serves as a handle. In the work, an annular stop acts on the shoulders of the bottle (its expanding part), and the grip acts on the cap from the bottom, with the force exerted on the handle from top to bottom.

The capabilities of the known corkscrew are also limited since it can only open cap caps covering the neck of the bottle from the outside.

The claimed utility model was tasked to expand the capabilities of the corker.

The problem is solved by the fact that the proposed cork containing two circular stops rigidly attached to a vertical rack, covering the neck of the bottle, and two levers parallel mounted on a vertical cork rack.

New in the proposed corker is that it uses two levers parallel mounted on the vertical stand of the corkler, on the levers at the point of application of force, two grips that are diametrically opposed to the cork of the bottle are rigidly attached.

The technical result of the claimed device is its versatility, since it

allows you to uncork bottles not only with external plastic caps, but also with plastic stoppers included in the neck of the bottle, and also simplifies and facilitates the opening of bottles with sparkling wines (champagne) and can be used to facilitate opening of bottles when using a corkscrew.

If the opened bottle contains an effervescent drink (champagne), then holding the levers 4 with your hand, in order to avoid involuntary (firing) of the stopper 10, after unscrewing the holding wire 11, you can slowly release the gas pressure in the bottle.

The claimed cork can significantly facilitate uncorking of a bottle that is excessively closed with a well-known vegetable cork. To do this, the corkscrew 8 is removed from the nest 12 and, in position 8.1, as shown in FIG. across the levers 4. Then, when the levers are raised up along the arrow "B", its slipping will be prevented, removing the plug will be much easier (according to the rule of the lever)
