Description

The claimed utility model relates to metal caps (aluminum) with perforation (weakened strength), and can be used when corking bottles with alcoholic beverages.

Known cap with perforation intended for capping bottles with alcoholic beverages and containing a cap made of metal (aluminum) with the possibility of forming a threaded part on its inner surface and a retaining ring with weak connection with the cap, while the weak connection is made at a distance from the upper outer cap surface equal to ½ of its diameter (aluminum cap with perforation for alcoholic beverages OST 10 343-2003).

The disadvantage of this cap is the impossibility of its use for the neck of a bottle on which the thread is made in the middle part of the neck (above the thread there is a part of the neck made in the form of a nozzle, and under the thread there is a part of the neck turning into shoulders).

The task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to create a capping device that allows to obtain a technical result associated with providing the possibility of capping a bottle with a neck with a thread in its middle part.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the closure device containing the cap, with the possibility of forming a threaded part on its inner surface, with a locking ring in the lower part, combined with a weak connection, a weak connection is made at a distance from the top of the cap not less than its diameter.

In addition, the fact that the threaded part of the capping device is made in the form of an insert of plastic material.

In addition, the fact that part of the closure below the locking ring is made in the form of a skirt.

The claimed closure device is implemented as follows.

In the second embodiment, the cap is screwed onto the threaded part of the neck of the bottle with the threaded part of the inner insert 4 of the surface of the cap 1 and is rigidly fixed by the ring 2, which is crimped under the threaded part of the neck.

The skirt 5 (figure 3) is located below the retaining ring 2 and covers part of the neck of the bottle below the threaded part of the neck (the height of the skirt is selected depending on the height of the lower part of the neck).
