Abstract

The proposal relates to the oil industry for the production of high viscosity oil. A sucker rod pump for producing highly viscous oil contains a cylinder, a normally closed suction valve, spring-loaded to the saddle, a plunger, a discharge valve-piston with a pusher interacting with the plunger with the possibility of limited axial movement. The pusher is equipped with a stop and is rigidly connected to the rod string, and from the bottom it is rigidly connected to the valve stem. Moreover, the emphasis is made in the form of a centering pusher and a valve stem relative to the plunger in the form of an impeller, excluding radial runout. The use of the proposed sucker rod pump allows to simplify and reduce the cost of its design by reducing the number of parts and the use of parts of a standard deep pump in its manufacture, as well as to select high-viscosity oil in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells. 2 ill. for 1 liter

Description

The proposal relates to the oil industry for the production of high viscosity oil.
The well-known "sucker rod pump with controlled valves for the production of highly viscous oil" (patent RU No. 2211374, F 04 B 47/00, publ. Bull. No. 24 dated 08.27.03), containing a cylinder, a suction valve, a plunger, a discharge rod - a valve with a pusher, while the cylinder, pressed by a spring from above, is equipped with a centering device and is made with the possibility of axial movement inside the casing, which is rigidly connected to the pipe string, while the suction one consists of a cylinder seat and a locking element with a passage channel of the casing, between the cylinder and casing installed ermetiziruyuschy node.
The disadvantages of this device are the complexity of manufacturing, design complexity, metal consumption, reduced stroke associated with the movement of the cylinder, as well as the inability to use parts of a standard sucker rod pump in its manufacture.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is the “Deep sucker rod pump” (patent RU No. 2172866, F 04 B 47/00, publ. Bull. No. 24 from 08/27/01), including a cylinder, a self-sealing hollow plunger with pressure valve made in the form of a rod-valve with the possibility of axial movement, and a suction valve in the lower part of the cylinder, while in the upper part of the cylinder there is an additional discharge valve, and the suction valve is made full bore and normally open, and the rod-valve is equipped with a pusher tained to interact with the plunger.
The disadvantages of this device are the inability to use it in horizontal wells and for the production of highly viscous oil due to the presence of a normally open suction valve, as well as the complexity of the design and the inability to use parts of a standard sucker rod pump in its manufacture.
The technical task of the proposed utility model is to simplify and cheapen the design by reducing the number of parts and the use of parts
standard deep pump in its manufacture, as well as expanding the functionality due to the possibility of producing highly viscous oil in deviated and horizontal wells.
The technical problem is solved by a sucker rod pump for the production of highly viscous oil, containing a cylinder, a suction valve with a seat, a plunger, a discharge stem valve with a pusher interacting with the plunger.
New is that the suction valve is made normally closed and pushed to the seat, and the valve stem is rigidly connected to the column rod through a pusher that is installed in the plunger with the possibility of limited axial movement.
Figure 1 schematically shows the lower part of the sucker rod pump with a plunger in longitudinal section.
Figure 2 shows a section aa of the plunger pump.
The sucker rod pump for the production of highly viscous oil contains a cylinder 1 (see Figure 1), a normally closed suction valve 2, pressed against the seat 3 by a spring 4, a plunger 5, a pressure valve-valve 6 with a pusher 7 interacting with the plunger with the possibility of limited axial movement . The pusher 7 is equipped with a stop 8 and is rigidly connected to the column of rods 9, and the bottom is rigidly connected to the rod-valve 6. Moreover, the stop 8 is made in the form of an impeller (see Figure 2) centering the pusher 7 (see Figure 1) and the valve stem 6 relative to the plunger 5, excluding radial runout.
Moreover, in practice, for the manufacture of a sucker rod pump, cylinder 1 and plunger 5 from a standard sucker rod pump were used. At the same time, the cylinder was equipped with a preloaded spring 4 by a suction valve 2, and the plunger 5 was shortened (a shortened plunger 5 is sufficient for the extraction of highly viscous oil), the internal cavity was machined and equipped with a valve stem 6 and a pusher 7 with an emphasis 8.
The sucker rod pump operates as follows.
The sucker rod pump is placed at a predetermined depth in the well (not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) and reciprocating movements are reported to the rod string 9 (see FIG. 1).
When moving the column of rods 9 down, the pusher 8, interacting with the plunger 5, moves it down relative to the cylinder 1. In this case, the stem valve 6 is in the open state, and the suction valve 2 is in the closed state, that is, the suction valve 2 is tightly pressed by the spring 4 to the saddle 3, despite the viscosity of the produced oil and the inclination of the housing 1 relative to the vertical. Well production (high viscosity oil) from under the plunger cavity of cylinder 1 flows into the above the plunger.
When moving up the column of rods 9, the valve 6 is in the closed state, interacting with the plunger 5, which moves upward relative to the cylinder 1. The vacuum under the plunger 5 opens the valve 2, overcoming the resistance of the spring 4, and draws the well production into the cylinder 1. When this well production, located in the cylinder 1 above the plunger 5, rises to the wellhead (not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) of the well, where it is taken into pipelines or tanks.
Repeating cycles of reciprocating movements of the column of rods 9 allows for the constant selection of highly viscous oil.
The use of the proposed sucker rod pump allows to simplify and reduce the cost of its design by reducing the number of parts and the use of parts of a standard deep pump in its manufacture, as well as to select high-viscosity oil in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells.

A sucker rod pump for producing highly viscous oil, comprising a cylinder, a suction valve with a seat, a plunger, a pressure valve with a pusher that interacts with the plunger, characterized in that the suction valve is made normally closed and pushed to the seat, and the valve stem is rigidly connected to the column rods through the pusher, which is installed in the plunger with the possibility of limited axial movement.
