The proposed utility model relates to illuminated advertising, in particular, to advertising panels illuminated by artificial light sources located in front of the advertisement.

The simplest design of such an advertisement is an advertising board or a panel fixed on a vertical surface, for example, on a wall, and illuminated by light bulbs covered by a reflector visor (bibliography is not indicated due to public knowledge).

The primitiveness of the constructive embodiment of such advertising and, therefore, its limited capabilities, are obvious, therefore, numerous designs are created to diversify the advertisement, increase its attractiveness, and draw the attention of consumers to it. Examples of such structures are devices according to ed. St. No. 369610, IPC G 09 F 19/00, 1970, No. 1682278, IPC G 09 F 13/22, 1989, etc.

However, in light of the challenges facing the claimed utility model, most of the known devices are unsuitable for use.

St. No. 548883, IPC G 09 F 19/02, 1974, which although it solves other problems, however, its main structural features, which are the basis of the known device, are similar to the essential features of the claimed. These design features include, first of all, a lightproof housing, the front side of which is closed by a transparent

a glass plate, and an element placed inside the housing that carries information illuminated by a light source placed inside the housing.

A disadvantage of the known device is a common disadvantage for many other advertising stands and is in great difficulty with its placement, since now almost all surfaces suitable for placing billboards on urban buildings and structures are saturated with advertising, and the installation of billboards on separate racks is associated with a complication of the road situation, reduces the safety of traffic and pedestrians.

The claimed utility model was tasked with expanding the information field for the placement of advertising stands, for which a corresponding design was created.

The problem is solved by the fact that the proposed advertising stand containing a lightproof housing, placed inside the advertising material and means of artificial lighting, the front surface of which is covered with translucent material.

New in the proposed device is that the cavity of the housing is made waterproof, the front surface is shockproof, and the housing of the stand is recessed into the ground of the pedestrian zone until the outer plane of its front surface coincides with the plane of the hard surface of the zone.

The technical result of the proposed solution is to increase the information availability of advertising materials, since their consumers are mainly pedestrians, who, moving along a footpath, involuntarily look at their feet, and since the path of the pedestrian is illuminated, the safety is increased, and

safety of transport due to the fact that drivers are not distracted by the review of advertising (it is not actually visible to them), the advertising stand itself does not interfere with the review and assessment of the traffic situation by the driver, and does not block traffic signs and traffic signals.

The drawing schematically shows the proposed device.

The claimed stand contains a light-waterproof housing I, the upper front translucent surface 2 of which is made shockproof. Inside the building I at the bottom there is a text or graphic advertising material 3 illuminated by bulbs 4 mounted along the perimeter of the building I under the visors on its vertical walls.

The housing I of the stand is deepened into the ground of the pedestrian walkway so that the outer plane of the front surface 2 is flush with the hard surface 5 of the pedestrian walkway (zone), which can preferably be paving ceramic.

It is desirable to equip the deepening in the soil for the installation of the stand with a drainage system, which will help to increase the safety of the device and the reliability of its operation. The choice of one or another design of the drainage system for the claimed device is not significant. As the simplest typical example, a perforated ceramic pipe 7 laid in the ground 6 under the housing I can be brought to the city storm sewer.

When using the device to update the advertising material 3 or replace the bulbs 4 (their connection to the energy source is not shown in the drawing due to the well-known) remove the front panel 2 (translucent surface), which is mounted on the housing I using well-known devices) and the corresponding seals.

An advertising stand comprising a lightproof casing with advertising materials placed inside and artificial lighting means, the front surface of which is covered with translucent material, characterized in that the casing cavity is waterproof, the front surface is shockproof, and the casing of the stand is recessed into the ground of the pedestrian zone until it matches the plane of its hard coating with the outer plane of the front surface. 2.
