Abstract

The utility model relates to disposable blister packs for small piece goods and can be used for packing small small goods, for example, sweets, dragees, chewing gum, small hardware (nails, washer screws), sewing and furniture accessories, etc. The objective of the proposed solution is to increase the usability of the package when storing a set of small goods by ensuring the possibility of multiple opening the package. To solve this problem, in a package containing a base 1, on which a blister container 2 is fixed, a metering hole 3 is made, and a tube 4 with a flexible holder 5 is fixed on the base with the possibility of the tube interacting with the hole. The dispensing opening can be made on the base or on the blister container. It is possible to make a metering hole in a transparent window 1, which is made in the base. The plug hole has a size corresponding to the size of a unit of goods with the possibility of piece-by-piece withdrawal of goods.

The utility model relates to disposable blister packs for small piece goods, such as confectionery (for example, glazed sweets, marmalade, chewing gum, dragees, etc.), small hardware (screws, washers, nuts), small furniture fittings , sewing accessories (rivets, beads, beads).

The closest solution to the proposed utility model can be considered a constructive solution for blister packaging, described in the patent for invention No. 2203843 from 01.20.98, IPC: D 65 D 75/30. The package consists of a blister container made of a transparent hard polymer connected by heat sealing with a base, which is made of coated paper.

Such packaging is convenient for storing single goods, the size of which is determined by the size of the blister capacity. You can get goods from such packaging only by breaking it. Thus, such packages are not convenient for storing a set of small goods that can be spent gradually, not in one go.

The objective of the proposed solution is to increase the usability of the package when storing a set of small parts by ensuring the possibility of multiple opening the package.

To solve the problem in a package containing a base on which a blister container is mounted, a metering hole is made, and a stopper with a flexible holder is fixed to the base with the possibility of interaction between the stopper and the hole.

The dispensing opening can be made on the base or on the blister container.

It is possible to make a metering hole in a transparent window, which is made in the base.

The cork hole has a size corresponding to the size of the goods with the possibility of piece-wise removal of parts from the package.

Such a design allows you to get the goods from the package piece by piece through the metering hole, which is closed by a removable stopper.

The proposed package contains a base 1, on which a blister container 2 is fixed (Fig.1-3). The fastening can be carried out, for example, by heat sealing or gluing.

The package has a through hole 3 (FIGS. 1, 2), which was initially plugged by welding or gluing a seal 4 of cardboard, foil or plastic. The size of the hole corresponds to the size of the product for which the package is intended. This hole allows you to get the goods from the package piece by piece, so the hole serves as a dosing unit.

A stopper 5 with a flexible holder 6 is fixed on the base. The stopper and holder are made of plastic. The holder is fixed so that the plug can cover the hole.

The hole can be made in the base 1 (Fig.1, 2) of cardboard, or in the body of the blister container 2 (Fig.3). Other hole designs are also possible. For this

a through hole can be made in the cardboard base 1, the perimeter of which is slightly smaller than the perimeter of the blister container 2. The hole is closed with transparent plastic 7, in which the metering hole 3 is made.

The base can be made of cardboard, and the blister capacity is made of plastic.

Packaging works as follows. In the blister container 2 load goods, for example, small nails or candy pills. The container is fixed by welding on the base 1. The hole in the base 1 is plugged with cardboard, foil or plastic. A cork with a flexible jumper is fixed on the base. To open the package, remove the plug from the metering hole. Pour one unit of goods through the hole and close the packaging with a stopper. To remove the next unit of goods open the cork.

Thus, the proposed packaging provides convenience when storing a set of small goods. It contains a metering hole that allows you to take the goods from the package by the piece, and also contains a removable plug that covers the metering hole.
