Abstract

The utility model relates to packaging, in particular to the packaging of plant seeds intended for storage, wholesale and retail sale. The proposed utility model relates to packaging, in particular to the packaging of plant seeds intended for storage, wholesale and retail sale.

The prior art packaging for seeds, which is a package (RU 2136556 C1, published 10.09.1999).

A well-known envelope booklet made of a sheet stock divided into three functional areas by inflection lines (RU 31566 U, published 08/20/2003).

Known seed packaging containing a label with a perforated mounting hole and attached to it a bag containing small bags (RU 40628 U1, published September 20, 2004). The specified package is the closest in purpose and execution to the proposed utility model.

The disadvantages of this package include the fact that there is not enough space on the label for additional information. In addition, to ensure the strength of the mounting hole, the label material must be strong enough, therefore, more costly.

Saturation of the market with a variety of products dictates the need to win the attention of consumers with the original design, shape and design of the package and give it functionality that meets the needs of the market.

The seeds of many cultivated plants are very small and packaged in small-sized bags, on which it is impossible to place even a minimum of product information. When wholesale and retail, it is necessary that the entire range of goods and their characteristics be presented, and since the range of such products is very

large, the mount should be simple, reliable and provide the opportunity for convenient presentation on the window.

In addition, packaging with seeds should ensure ease of laying (using mechanisms or manually) and compliance with the conditions of pre-sale storage (humidity, temperature, etc.).

The problem solved by the claimed utility model is the creation of the original packaging with enhanced functional and information capabilities for storage, wholesale and retail sale of plant seeds.

This object is achieved in that the package for seeds contains a label made of a sheet blank bent to form three parts, each of which has the same holes, while the side parts are folded to the central, closing at least the central part attached to the inner side at least one bag of seeds, and these holes are aligned, forming a common hole in the label.

The sheet blank can be made of paper or cardboard or plastic.

The holes can be in the form of a circle or oval or rectangle or polygon, or a combination thereof, for example, in the form of a cross formed by the superposition of two rectangles.

The technical result achieved by the proposed utility model is the provision of informative, colorful and reliable seed packaging with a strong fastening made in the form of a hole at a minimum cost of packaging material.

The implementation of the label of three folding parts allows for relatively small packaging sizes to place on it not only the necessary information, including a colorful image of the plant, the manufacturer’s brand name, its trademark, seed characteristics, planting and care conditions, but also additional information such as recipes using a grown plant, its beneficial properties, etc. A label containing the indicated useful information is not discarded, but saved by the consumer, which may serve as a motivation for them to purchase similarly designed goods, i.e. goods of this manufacturer.

The implementation of the mounting holes on three compatible parts of the label allows you to achieve the necessary strength of the mounting holes

not using the dense (more expensive) material of the sheet blank of the label.

Holes 5, 6, and 7 are made on each of the three parts formed by folding the sheet stock along the bend lines 3 and 4.

Figure 2 shows a package for seeds consisting of a label 8 made of the sheet blank shown in figure 1, bent along the inflection lines, while the side parts are folded to the central, closing the bag with seeds attached to the inner side of the central part (in figure 2 not shown), and the three holes of the sheet blank are aligned, forming a common hole 9 in the label.

The implementation of the label of the three folding parts, inside which a bag of seeds is placed, with their tight packaging (tied in a bale or enclosed in a box) ensures reliable preservation of seeds from temporary changes in temperature and humidity that occur during storage and transportation. At the same time, the individual packages removed from the bale due to the free passage of air inside the label ensure that the seeds quickly reach the environmental parameters (humidity, temperature, etc.), which is an essential condition for conditioning the seeds.
