The utility model relates to the field of fishing, and more specifically to fixed means for catching slaves in rivers, lakes and ponds. The top of the iron rod consists of: a head (first) section of a conical shape with two parts with rectangular openings covered with a net; two large and two small cones located respectively at the end and in front of the first section and covered with wooden, or artificial material, rods connected to the head section with strong flexible ligaments and connecting brackets (hooks); from an additional top with a drive and an inlet of rectangular cross section located between the large cones of sections 2 and 3, and also has: removable, rotary, side, guiding wings with wing flaps with a web, located on the body frame at the entrance of the head section; lateral and upper wings with a network canvas and with the size of cells of different sizes, located in the middle upper part of the body of the head section and designed to catch fish also in the upper level of the top; devices for attaching baits located at the inlets of the first and fifth sections, and an additional means of attracting the attention of fish in the form of plant branches located at the inlets of the small cones of the fifth section. The top also allows individual sections to be used independently, or in conjunction with others. The inlets of the parts of the head and parts of the fifth section with small cones are located in vertical planes in different places on the one hand, and the opening of the fourth section in the form of an additional top (trap) is located in a vertical plane from the opposite side and direction. The presence of two large and two small conical tanks, removable wings, an installation loop, slings for installing and removing it from the shore, lures and additional means to attract the attention of fish, as well as the possibility of folding sections in the head, allows you to increase the catchability and ease of use.

The proposal (utility model) relates to the field of fixed assets such as a conical (conical) shape trap for river, lake and pond fishing.

Well-known conical fishing tops for small rivers of the trap type, as a rule, are single-conical in appearance, including our proposal submitted to the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS), according to the application for invention dated 05/13/2002, part No. 2002112307 Pat. of. 1 ^ 2227454

The uniformity of these peaks is the reason that, as a rule, in the lower part they cover a small distance of the reservoir and have a small space for accommodating the fish that have swam here. In addition, the device of these peaks makes it difficult: a) to catch eels and burbots; b) to use in their device at the same time fishing based on other principles, and not only on the fact that, when swimming in the narrow space of the conical end of the top, it is not able to turn around and gets stuck; c) the use of separate sections (parts) in different places and at different times as well. All this contributes to a decrease in catchability and a number of inconveniences in their operation. This led us to the desirability of further improving the top type cone-shaped traps, including the trap "Fishing Top" recorded in the application dated 05/13/2002, incoming No. 2002112307), adopted by us for the prototype.

Object of the invention

Ensure the possibility of: a) increasing the volume of the reservoir of the covered vertices and the space for placing the fish stuck in it, as well as catching it from two opposite directions and levels;

b) increasing cases of more successful fishing for eels and burbots;

c) to increase the fishing productivity by using here and another fishing principle, and not just the principle of tapering;

d) catch fish also with the help of its separate or combined sections in different places and at different times;

e) its effective use for fishing and in bodies of water without currents;

e) to ensure installation and extraction of it also from the shore of the reservoir;

g) in the manufacture and repair, use different materials in its individual sections (willow, hazel, as well as artificial and natural material, a mesh of nylon and natural material);

h) provide for the convenience of transportation, carrying and storage.

For this, a two-cone top of the angler is proposed: detachable into five separate sections, with a frame of iron rods, with four inlets in vertical planes, including one in the opposite direction, and the rest in the same direction, but in different places; having at its end the 2nd and 3rd sections in the form of two large conical devices and an additional header with a drive (section 4) located between the cones; with removable and rotary side guide wings with wing flaps at the inlet of the first (head) section; with lateral and two upper wings located in the middle upper part of the frame of the hull of the first section and providing an increase in the level of capture of the reservoir;

the frame of the fifth section in front of the head section with two small conical devices attached to it with sizes and shapes more suitable for catching eels and burbot, and the presence of devices for attaching baits and means near the inlet openings of the sections to further attract fish's attention; as a part of which there are special loop and slings for installation and its removal in reservoirs.

In Fig.1 shows a side view of the proposed top, Fig.2 is a top view of it, Fig.3 is a view (diagram) of the connection with the help of a bracket (hook), frames of the side and upper wings with the frame of the first section; framework frames of small cones with the frame of the first section, as well as frames of large cones and the frame of the additional top. In order to simplify the drawings of figures 1 and 2, the location of the connection points according to the scheme of figure 3 in the drawings of figures 1 and 2 is indicated by circles "O", and in some places they are also indicated by the number "10".

The top of the angler biconical is a device consisting of five separate sections (figures 1 and 2). The first is the head 1 (figure 1), divided

in 2 parts - 1a and 1b (figure 2); 2 (figure 1, 2) - a cone of a large, right side; 3 (figure 2) - a cone of a large, left side of the top; 4 (figure 1, 2) additional top, with drive; 5 (Figs. 1, 2) - small cones 5a and 5b. The front section 1 (Fig.1, 2) has a conical shape, and its individual parts 1a and 1b (Fig.1, 2) have rectangular inlet openings.

The individual parts of the first section are connected, in the transverse and longitudinal directions, by strong metal rods 6 (Figs. 1, 2), with the frames of the parts 1a and 1b of the first section (by welding, copper wire), forming a single whole - the first section. The following devices, devices and parts are attached to the first section: 7 and 8 (Figs. 1, 2) - side guide wings with wing flaps 9 located in the upper part of the wings. The frames of the removable, rotatable side wings are covered with a network fabric and connected to the frames of the parts 1a and 1b of the first section according to the scheme shown in Fig. 3, and the locations of their connections are indicated by circles "O" and the number 10. The wing flaps 9 are attached to the frames of the side wings 7 and 8 in their upper parts and consist of small frames covered with a net. They serve as an additional tool that saves fish near the side wings and contributes to its movement towards the inlet parts of the tops 1a and 1b; Units 11b - the framework of the upper, and 12 and 13 of the side wings, covered with a network cloth, located on top and on the sides of the parts 1a and 1b of the first section (Figs. 1, 2). The frame (removable) of the 4th section is attached to the frames of large cones according to the scheme of figure 3 and is covered with a mesh cloth. With this arrangement of section 4, the ends of the large cones of sections 2 and 3 partially fulfill the role of guide wings. Section 5 consists of two parts in the form of small cones 5a and 5b attached to metal bars 26b (top) and 26n (bottom) (Figs. 1, 2) of its frame. The conical parts of section 5 are covered with rods of willow or young hazel, or from artificial material. The shape of all the connecting parts 27 (FIGS. 1, 2), the frame 27a (FIGS. 1, 2) of the small conical devices of 5 sections is round, and the taper value is adopted in accordance with the shapes and sizes of the body of eels and burbots, for the catch of which, the main thus, it is intended. The top, placed in a position suitable for fishing, including: connecting sections 1, 2, 3 (Figs. 1, 2) with slings and 1n, 5 staples, checking for a strong attachment of lifting slings; the presence of baits and means in place to additionally attract the attention of fish, they begin to install it in a reservoir from the shore. Installation is carried out using a pole, the end of which is threaded through the hole of the loop 16, against the flow of the river, if it is installed in the river. The ends of the lifting slings are attached to a tree or to pegs pressed into the ground.

When installing the top in places where a high flow rate of water is advisable, to maintain the adopted position of the wings, temporarily install wire ties 32, shown in figure 1, 2 by a dotted line. When installing a top from a boat or other floating means, a pole or oar is used, and its location at a depth is fixed by a float connected by a cord to the slings. Manual installation is also possible, with the fisherman entering the reservoir in summer.

The manufacture of the top frame from iron rods ensures the availability of sufficient mass (weight), which allows it to be installed in rivers without additional loading and anchors. In the presence of crucian carp and carp in the pond, it is advisable to lay the bait (cake, etc.) in an additional top (section 4, Figs. 1, 2).

The return of the top from the reservoir is carried out using strong slings 17 (Fig.1, 2). When pulling the top, it is also possible to use a pole and a boat oar.

Removing fish from the top is carried out: from the cones by tipping the top and using a wooden stick inserted into the holes (slots) between the rods covering their hulls; from section 4 - manually, through a rectangular hole 24 (figure 2). The stuck fish in the wings 11a, 11b, 12 and 13 (Figs. 1, 2) is pulled out manually, as is the practice in single-walled nets.

When applying this top, it is also necessary to use its demountability property, not only during transportation and storage, but also that here it is possible to use its individual sections independently or in conjunction with others. Examples of this may be: a) in a complex section 2, 3 and 4; 6) application of section 4 separately; c) the joint use of sections 1 and 5. In this case, the rear holes 33 (FIGS. 1, 2) are pre-closed with a mesh web, which is attached to the frame of the holes and acts as a single-row single-wall network. The mesh size of the mesh here is taken depending on the type and size of the proposed fishing; g) section 5; d) the use of sections 2 and 3, both separately and interconnected. The use of individual sections or in conjunction with others is carried out depending on local conditions and other circumstances. This at the same time confirms the presence of this vertex of an additional advantage, the use of which increases the efficiency in its application. The location of the sling attachments for casting individual parts of the top and pulling them out of the reservoir, in these cases it is not difficult to determine the fisherman, so this is not shown here.

After prolonged use in a pond, the top can be separated into separate sections. The wings are either removed or rotated to the sides of the body section 1 (Fig.1, 2). Flexible connections 22 and 23 are left inside section 1. Sections 2 and 3 are placed one into another and inside one of the parts of section 1, and section 5 is placed inside section 2 or 3. Section 4 (additional top) is placed in the free space of one of the parts sections 1. Due to this, the dimension of the length of the disconnected top is smaller, which also increases the convenience when using it.
