The closest to the proposed utility model is a game system in which the participants in the game are not connected to the location of the central station containing personal computers connected to the Internet, which is chosen as a prototype (5). The gaming system comprises a central computer game station (CIC) with a server and means for receiving and transmitting game data from registered participants via short messages via a mobile radio network from a plurality of mobile radio devices. Mobile radio devices contain a special (game) SIM card that displays the commands and results of the game. The SIM card contains means for indicating the prepaid amount

money and provides the opportunity to participate in 45 games. Through the SIM card, the participant is identified by the central gaming station through a unique tag - IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) stored on the SIM card. The CIS includes computers with databases of credited funds placed in them, means for determining game quotas for distributing winnings and crediting them to the corresponding gaming accounts. The system also contains computers with software for identifying participants, which is verified by the CIS, which provides each participant with guaranteed crediting or debiting of winnings (for example, through an authorized bank). Guarantees of the authenticity of game data, first of all, the authenticity of the identity of the respective participant, as well as the exchange of data via the mobile radio network between the mobile radio devices and the central station, are achieved through security services such as TGR (through a trusted third party) or appropriate software protection of the encryption method.

A disadvantage of the known system is the need to use only a special SIM card, which has restrictions on the number of participation in game tours (no more than 45 rounds), as well as an insufficiently reliable security system against unauthorized entry into the computer network of the CIS. In addition, the game system provides for the need for each participant to have a special unique tag - IMSI, which greatly complicates access to the game and narrows the possibility of wider coverage of the potential number of participants.

The objective of the utility model is to eliminate these shortcomings and provide a wider circle of participants with the opportunity to play game lotteries in each individual round.

The essence of the proposed utility model is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of a game lottery system with the ability to cover participants located in the telecommunications network of two cellular operators.

The system will contain many mobile phones 1 and 2 with identifiers 23 (standard SIM cards of mobile phones 1, 2) connected to base stations 22 of telecommunication cellular networks. Through the operators of networks 3 and 4, the participants - owners of mobile phones 1, 2 are connected through the blocks of software for financial verification and admission to the game 5, 6 with the central gaming station (CIS) 17. Blocks 5, 6 also contain databases 20, 19 for accounting participants who are not authorized. Blocks 5, 6 by means of secure communication channels 21 are connected to the CIS 17 and connected to the system unit 7 for conducting lottery tours. The random number generator 8 for issuing winning combinations of lottery tours CIS 17 is connected to block 7, which interacts with block 9 (database of the database of the next round), block 10 (database of all rounds), module 11 for financial calculations, block 13 of sending notifications of winnings in the next round. The game lottery system works as follows. At the same time, the number of completed cards to participate in the draw tour is limited only by the length of the SMS message and the financial capabilities of the participant. SMS messages through the appropriate operator network 3 or 4 are received in blocks 5 or 6, where they are checked for the correctness of filling each card and their financial confirmation. If the test result is positive, i.e. the correctness of filling out the cards and the availability of financial support (the necessary amount of money in the current account of the mobile subscriber), the participant receives an SMS message - confirmation of participation with the time and number of the draw in the form:

where 738 is the number of the next round of the draw;

If an error is detected in the participant’s message, blocks 5, 6 send a message indicating a specific error in filling out the card or financial impossibility to participate (in the absence of funds in the participant’s current account). At the same time, the data that did not pass authorization is entered into DB 19, 20. Then, through channels 21 from blocks 5 and 6, they passed the corresponding verification (authorization) and already encoded SMS messages are sent to block 7 and recorded in the database of block 9 and the database

data block 10. When activating the drawing, by software, block 7 requests from block 8 - random number generator - a combination of numbers of the next round. Block 8 sends to the block 7 winning combinations of the next round. Block 7 processes the collected information for the next round, which then goes to the payoff database of block 12, from where control is transferred to block 11 of the module for financial calculations. In the block of module 11, information on the next round is analyzed, the sum of the winnings of each of the participants in this round of the drawing is calculated and is again entered into the database of block 12 with financial calculations. After processing the information, block 11 sends messages to block 13 about winnings in the next round of the lottery drawing, and also sends them to the “authorized bank” block 14 through a secure communication channel 24. Through block 13, the CIS 17 sends the results of the next round to all participants of this round, as well as sends messages to the participants whose cards have won, in the form of SMS messages:

123 847 - the amount of winnings in the respective monetary units. Participants who won in the next round of the lottery receive a cash prize according to the established procedure in the usual way at the authorized bank, which is guided by the information of block 14 “authorized bank”.

Security of the system is ensured by software by the method of encoding information, and also through blocks 15 and 16 installed in the relevant security services that control the operation of the game lottery system. The number of blocks 15 and 16 depends on their need, while they cannot affect the system, as they have only monitoring functions.

Reliability and guarantee against unauthorized access to the system is additionally ensured by means of protection in the form of separate rooms 18 with a burglar alarm, where the central game station 17, “authorized bank” 14 and AWP control units 15, 16 are located.

The number of private traders in each round of the lottery is unlimited. Any mobile phone user can be a participant if his mobile operator is part of the game lottery system, and the number of operators is limited by their physical presence in the territory of the game lottery system.

Currently developed according to the proposed utility model, the game lottery system is undergoing production tests and under the commercial name "SMS-LOTO" is preparing to launch on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the network of mobile communication operators GSM and MTS.

A lottery game system containing a plurality of mobile phones equipped with SIM cards, a telecommunication cellular network for connecting to a server managing personal computers (PCs) for receiving and processing lottery tour information, including a mobile phone subscriber identifier, financial verification tools, access to the game, notifications, settlements with game participants through an authorized bank, as well as security measures against unauthorized access to the central gaming station, characterized in that the mobile phone subscriber’s identifier is based on a standard SIM card, the subscriber’s identifier is made on the basis of a standard mobile phone’s SIM card, and the central game station contains a random number generator for issuing winning combinations of lottery tours, while the means of financial verification, admission to the game and notifications in the form of separate servers with databases (databases) of the next round, the database of all rounds and the database of winnings, and the calculation tool with the participants in the game contains a block for sending notifications of winnings in the next m round and PC of the financial settlements module, is protected by a communication channel and connected to the PC of the “authorized bank” unit, in addition, the central gaming station is additionally equipped with an automated workstation (AWS) of control and means of protection against unauthorized access in the form of separate rooms with a security alarm, where its functional blocks are located. 2.
