Abstract
The utility model relates to the field of X-ray technology and is intended for personal inspection in order to detect dangerous and prohibited metal and non-metallic objects, both on the body and inside a person. The task at hand is to achieve the minimum dose for the person being examined by reducing the scanning time, as well as increasing the size of the digital image, namely the number of elements. The goal is achieved by using a fundamentally new x-ray optical scheme and is realized due to the synchronous movement of the x-ray emitter, the collimator and the x-ray radiation detector with carriages connected by metal tapes with a single drive shaft, while the inspected person mounted on the platform is stationary.
Description
The utility model relates to the field of X-ray technology and is intended for personal inspection in order to detect dangerous and prohibited metal and non-metallic objects, both on the body and inside a person.
Известен цифровой рентгенографический сканер CONPASS, состоящий из излучателя рентгеновского, устройства рентгеновского питающего, детектора рентгеновского излучения, расположенного вертикально, подвижной платформы для перемещения (сканирования) досматриваемого человека, двух автоматизированных рабочих места (АРМ).A well-known digital radiographic scanner CONPASS, consisting of an X-ray emitter, an X-ray supply device, an X-ray detector located vertically, a movable platform for moving (scanning) an inspected person, two automated workstations (AWS).
However, screening using this system is carried out in the process of human movement, which affects image quality (artifacts), and the vertical location of the detector creates the need for a long X-ray detector, and the scan time has been increased.
The digital radiographic scanner CONPASS is a prototype of the proposed utility model.
The purpose of the utility model is to achieve the minimum dose for the person being examined by reducing the scanning time, as well as increasing the size of the digital image, namely the number of elements.
The goal is achieved using a fundamentally new x-ray optical scheme.
1.The proposed x-ray control system is presented in figure 1.
The x-ray control system consists of an x-ray emitter 1, an x-ray supply device 2, an x-ray detector 3, located horizontally, a scanning tripod,
включающего основание 4 с колоннами 5, по которым передвигаются каретки 6, связанные металлическими лентами с единым приводным валом 7, что обеспечивает синхронность перемещения излучателя рентгеновского, коллиматора 8, формирующего узкий веерный рентгеновский пучок и детектора рентгеновского излучения, а также неподвижной платформы 9 для размещения досматриваемого человека и автоматизированного рабочего места (АРМ).including a base 4 with columns 5, along which the carriages 6 are connected, connected by metal tapes with a single drive shaft 7, which ensures synchronization of movement of the x-ray emitter, collimator 8, forming a narrow x-ray fan and x-ray detector, as well as a stationary platform 9 for accommodating the inspected human and workstation (AWP).
