Группа полезных моделей относится к ручным устройствам для очистки овощей и фруктов и может использоваться правшами и левшами как для очистки овощей и фруктов с различной толщиной среза. A manual knife for peeling vegetables and fruits, comprising a body with a floating blade, characterized in that the body is curved with a longitudinally located cavity in which a spring-loaded, floating limiter of the thickness of the slice with an elastic element made with it is installed as a whole, with the possibility stepwise changing the gap between the body and the blade by means of a sliding button and a stopper with a positional lock, and the blade is made quick and curved in length with a bent edge and sharpening along the rear cutting edge in the form longitudinal grooves.

2. The knife according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains an additional, double-edged blade for cutting out eyes of a spoon-shaped shape with a slightly elongated sharpening and having a sharpening on the outside of the edges, smoothly turning into a point with a slight rounding.

A manual knife for peeling vegetables and fruits, comprising a body with a floating blade, characterized in that the body is curved with a longitudinally located cavity in which a spring-loaded quick-detachable blade is installed, curved along the length with a curved edge and sharpening along the rear cutting edge in the form of a longitudinal grooves with the possibility of stepwise changing the gap between the housing and the blade by means of the stabilizing spring contained in the cavity, a movable button connected to the limiter, in the form of an inverted trough, both edges which ends with ledges on the one hand and a positional retainer on the other.

The knife according to claim 3, characterized in that it contains a base covering the cavity of the body and smoothly turning into an additional double-edged blade for cutting eyes of a spoon-shaped shape with a slightly elongated sharpening and having a sharpening on the outside of the edges, smoothly turning into a point with a slight rounding.
