Description
The utility model relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.
(6, 7).Currently, orthopedic insoles are known, consisting of a support arch made in the shape of a foot, which is made of different materials: leather, cork, felt, polyethylene plasticized with polyisobutylene (POV-30), a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate (EVA) (1), metal plates (2, 3, 4, 5). To correct the transverse arch, the front section of the insoles is supplemented by an insert with an insert made of various materials: rubber, felt, etc. (6, 7).
However, in many respects, most of them do not completely satisfy the requirements of the majority of patients for the correction of flat feet. This concerns, first of all, the height of the arches, the location of the corrective elements and the coefficient of elasticity used to build insoles of materials. The individual characteristics of the longitudinal and transverse arches are not taken into account, the pronation of the heel is not completely corrected, the external arch, which is necessary for lifting the anterior calcaneus, is not lifted (8). Most insoles of mass production are hardly placed in model shoes. It takes time and costs to manufacture them: for example, polymer products are obtained by pressing at 170-180 ° C or by injection molding, which requires appropriate equipment.
для каждого больного, с учётом высоты продольного и поперечного сводов, степени эластичности стоп, угла пронации пятки.for each patient, taking into account the height of the longitudinal and transverse arches, the degree of elasticity of the feet, the angle of pronation of the heel.
The essence of the utility model is that the orthopedic insole consists of a support arch made of heat-labile plastic, individually in the shape of the foot, a transverse insert-insert placed on the front of the support arch and made of silicone, with its upper part protruding above the surface of the foot support on the height corresponding to the distance between the foot support and the head of the second, third metatarsal bones after modeling the transverse arch, and the heel-correction, the height of which is equal to lu pronation of the heel.
As a result, an orthopedic insole-arch has been developed, designed for the treatment and prevention of foot deformation, made individually for each patient.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings: Fig. 1 - top view, Fig. 2 - side view. The insole consists of a longitudinal arch, individually modeled on a patient’s foot made of thermolabile plastic (Aquaplast Watercolors) 1, which, after heating in a water bath, becomes plastic and is applied to the sole of the foot to the heads of the metatarsal bones with the formation of an optimal longitudinal arch with sufficiently elastic properties to provide amortization static loads on the foot. On the front of the arch 1 there is an oval silicone insert-insert 2, with its upper part protruding above it to a height individual for each patient and forming a semi-rigid stop, which contacts the distal sections and the heads of the II, П1 and IV metatarsal bones. In the back, heel of the arch, on the inside of the heel
4.put silicone heel pad - corrections to eliminate pronation 3. On top of the insole is covered with soft leather 4.
The practical use of the orthopedic insole is that it is placed inside the patient’s shoes for the correction of longitudinal-transverse flat feet. All elements of the insole are optimally distributed for the correction of flat feet taking into account all elements of the normal step, which can be divided into three phases: 1) support on the heel, 2) transfer of the center of gravity to the entire surface of the foot, 3) roll to the front of the foot with the main load on the heads I and IV metatarsal bones. During walking, during the first phase of the step, the heel-pivot 3 correctly supports the heel from the inside and thus prevents it from pronating. When resting on the entire surface of the foot, the formed longitudinal arch 1 supports the middle part of the foot, mainly the talus and scaphoid, and prevents them from slipping and shifting inwards. Due to the elastic properties of thermoplastic, the arch is allowed to shift to a height of 4 mm, which corresponds to the permissible lowering of the arch in normal feet and contributes to a smooth load transfer to the forefoot, where the silicone insert 2 supports the head II, P1 of the metatarsal bones. Thus, a transverse arch is formed, and the main load is distributed on the heads of the P and V metatarsal bones, which corresponds to normal biomechanical parameters. Taking into account the individual characteristics of the foot allows you to easily place it in model shoes.
