Последняя по всему периметру оснащена буртиками, один из них снабжен щарнирными осями, планка имеет по числу осей выступы с прорезями, оси вставлены в прорези и соединены с выступами планки, причем планка выполнена с возможностью поворота на шарнирных осях, а номерной знак установлен с натягом между буртиками подкладки.
