Abstract
Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to the field of production of zeolites, namely to a method for producing boron-aluminum-silicate zeolite B/Al-ZSM-12 with a smaller crystallite size consisting of framework aluminum atoms and framework boron atoms, where dry dioxide is used as a silicon compound silicon brand "KOVELOS" and sodium borohydride is used as a boron compound. Zeolites can find their use as catalysts for acid-catalyzed processes, for example, alkylation, isomerization of aromatic compounds, disproportionation of toluene to produce para-xylene, the process of conversion of methanol into olefins, hydroisomerization of the C 5 -C 7 alkanes fraction, etc.
State of the art
Zeolites are widely used in the petrochemical industry as adsorbents, catalysts, molecular sieves, etc. due to its stable physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties, as well as the relative low cost of production.
In some petrochemical synthesis processes, the use of zeolites has a number of limitations. In particular, in the process of hydroconversion of higher alkanes, aimed at obtaining a gasoline or diesel fraction to increase the octane number, the selectivity of the reaction for the target products may not be high enough. This is due to the structural features, morphological properties, concentration of acid centers of the zeolites used and directly affects the economic indicators of production.
The solution to this problem is the development of new zeolite materials, which, according to their characteristics, are suitable for use as the basis for catalysts for the selective conversion of higher alkanes into their isomers.
(Mao-Ying Song, Wei-Zheng Zhou, Ying-Cai Long. “Preparation and Characterization of Fibrous Crystals of Boron-containing MTW-type Zeolite”. Chines Journal of Chemistry. Volume 22. Issue 2. February 2004. Pages 119-121. DOI: https://doi.org/10.1002/cjoc.20040220202). A method for producing B-ZSM-12 zeolite is known from the prior art, characterized in that fibrous crystals of boron-containing zeolite of the MTW type are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions from the gel system B 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -HF-H 2 O at 170°C for 20 -28 days using two templates such as 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane and methylamine (Mao-Ying Song, Wei-Zheng Zhou, Ying-Cai Long. “Preparation and Characterization of Fibrous Crystals of Boron-containing MTW-type Zeolite.” Chines Journal of Chemistry. Volume 22. Issue 2. February 2004. Pages 119-121. The characterization results show that boron atoms are included in the zeolite framework and fibrous single crystals with a length of 5-50 μm are obtained. However, in this method, boric acid was used as a boron compound, which leads to the production of zeolite B-ZSM-12 with an impurity phase of zeolite B-ZSM-5. The use of hydrofluoric acid leads to destruction of the zeolite structure. The use of two templates, which are 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane and methylamine, as well as the use of high temperature and long crystallization time leads to the production of zeolite with impurity phases, such as cristobalite and/or quartz. In addition, it is not possible to synthesize B/Al-ZSM-12 zeolite using this method.
A method of producing crystalline boron-containing molecular sieve chabazite is known from the prior art, which consists of preparing a mixture consisting of water, an aluminum compound, a silicon compound, alkali, a boron compound and a template, followed by crystallization at 140°C for 5 days with an autoclave rotation speed of 43 rpm /min (US20060115417A1, published 06/01/2006). However, this synthesis is carried out with stirring at the chabazite production stage - equipment with additional technical requirements. Boric acid is used as a boron compound - it is possible to obtain impurities of ZSM-5 zeolite. It is not possible to obtain zeolite B/Al-ZSM-12 in this way.
The closest to the claimed (prototype) is the method of producing zeolite B/Al-ZSM-5, which consists in preparing a mixture consisting of water, boric acid, an aluminum compound, alkali and an inorganic salt, for which sodium chloride is used, to which the compound is added silicon, which is used as a colloidal solution of silicon dioxide brand “LUDOX” (CN104098110A, published 02/01/2017). A seed material, which is silicalite-1, and a template are added to the resulting mixture. Stirring is carried out and the resulting mass is crystallized at 170°C for 3 days. However, in this synthesis, 3 components are used that increase the alkalinity of the gel, namely, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and an aqueous solution of silicon dioxide brand “LUDOX”, therefore, with increasing alkali concentration and high crystallization temperature, rapid destruction of the gel occurs, which increases the likelihood of obtaining zeolite with impurities of quartz and/or cristobalite. This method produces boraluminium-containing zeolite with a crystallite size from 100 nm to 15 μm, without indicating the content of boron and aluminum atoms in the framework. In addition, it is not possible to synthesize zeolite B/Al-ZSM-12 in this way.
The technical problem to be solved by the claimed invention is the development of an easy-to-use method for the synthesis of zeolite material B/Al-ZSM-12 with a content of framework boron atoms of more than 90%, framework aluminum atoms of more than 95% and with a crystallite size not exceeding 75 nm.
Disclosure of the Invention
90 %.The technical result of the proposed method is the production of crystalline boron aluminosilicate zeolite ZSM-12 with a crystallite size of no more than 75 nm, consisting of framework aluminum atoms of at least 95% and framework boron atoms of at least 90%.
This technical result is achieved due to the formation of bonds between silicon, aluminum, boron and oxygen in the zeolite.
It is worth noting that in obtaining the gel from which zeolite B/Al-ZSM-12 is obtained, I use components with the following molar ratio B 2 O 3 : Al 2 O 3 = 1:1. If this ratio is not observed, zeolite B/Al-ZSM-5 or B/Al-ZSM-5 is obtained with impurity phases of any zeolites and/or cristobalite and/or quartz.
